I wanted them to take a look at my cars suspension for a second opinion on why my car was making a spring popping noise. I did some extensive research online after getting my tires rods replaced from another shop and the noise still being there. I didnt have any of the symptoms of failing tire rods. So I called them and the mechanic I spoke with was very insightful, and agreed it didnt sound like a tire rod problem. Told me to come in and thehd take a look. When I got there the guy at the desk told me he knows the guy at the shop I went to and he trusts their opinion, convinced me that he knew what he was doing, and told me I should stay off the internet. I didnt get my car looked at, and finally after two to three months of wasting money on useless services and replacing tire after tire I took my car to Pep Boys and they tell me theres nothing wrong with the parts I was set up to fix, and I now have to pay another 700 to fix the lower control arms.

Terrible service at this location. I previously would only get my oil changed here, but I went in to get a radiator flush because my car was running hot which they were informed. Once they completed the radiator flush, they told me I needed a water pump as well which was $150 extra, which I was ok with. After waiting for 2 hours I leave with my car, and no less than 5 minutes, my car is shaking, running hot, blowing cold air; in much worse condition than it was prior spending $239 for repair. I immediately went back to the location and the owner was very disrespectful, argumentative, and nonchalant to the botched work done to my car. He took it to the point of threatening me as well as using profanity with me as he followed me out of the shop to my car. He refused to look further into correcting the issue, as well as giving me my refund. I do not recommend anyone to take their car here for a major repair or any for that matter.

I had to come back twice with my Dodge, and the owner gave me attitude each time. Id ask questions on occasion, and he would look at me like I was speaking gibberish. When I went into the shop to see what was wrong with my car, the entire shop smelled like marijuana- strong enough where they had just smoked in the place. Who would do that in a shop?! Stay away from this place, even for an oil change. Someone working there even told me that the oil hoses they have dont even hold different weights of oil- they just reach for whichever one is available. A car might use one type of oil, but if the hose they grab has a completely different type, theres nothing you can do about it. Its a pretty crappy place.

Omg where do I start... Do not go here they will over charge like crazy. Find a different auto repair. First off the guy gave me nothing but attitude. Then to top it off he wanted 600 for a 150 dollar job. I already had the part and he said he wont put my part in my part was on sale for $50. No wonder he wanted to use "his part". Charge me 390 for the part are you kidding me?? Terrible experience find another auto repair these other 5 star reviews are not even real the business makes them. (Someone that works there told me) not saying any names.save your time and money!!!!

Want to start off by saying I have never rated ANYTHING online before...for this shop IM RATING 5 STARS....I dealt with Mark and Bob through the whole repair....I needed a custom exhaust done and they did EXACTLY what i needed....Hands sown will definitely will come back and recommend it to ALL...The repairs combined with the upfront customer service...AWESOME!

After Meineke tried to charge me $1000 in repairs, Merlins told me that this should be covered by my cars warranty. If not, they estimated their repair at about $75 - they showed me exactly what the problem was and what they could do about it. They won my business should I need service in the future.

These guys do a great job at a reasonable price. Professional and courteous customer service! Our entire family has been going to them for at least 10 years. We have always felt like we were being treated fairly and honestly... and that is very hard to find in an auto repair shop.

Employee implied I was using my kidney failure, dialysis, and kidney transplant as a crutch for not being able to keep my car maintained. Im sure others were treated better, but Im never coming back.
