No bull, straight to the point, and honest. Im sure many of us all have the same feeling when dealing with an auto mechanic. Theres that question of, "can I really trust this person?" Its an uneasy feeling when so many places take advantage of customers who dont know much about the ins and outs of something as complex as a vehicle. But let me put your mind at ease. This is the ONLY place I trust 100% to tell me the truth. Time and time again they have done a fantastic job and gone far beyond what others will do to get things done right. Their prices are hard to beat, and they have no problem taking you into the work area to explain in detail what is wrong. Their detailed methodology about how they conduct their work is by far the best Ive seen. You can bet Im a customer for life. Ive had everything from wheel bearings to the timing belt system done here. The crew are top notch. I love my car to death. I wouldnt take her anywhere else.

They are very unprofessional and poor service I took my Lexus SUV there and they told me that I have 2 bad rear break sensor and it will cost 1300.00 I took the same car to an other place they found nothing wrong with rear break sensors how ever front left was bad which causing the light to stay on and it cost me less then 500.00 to fix it saving of 800.00 I found this to be way over priced. When I complained he left me a nasty voice mail with extremely abusive wording. Then send me a later to sue me luckily I saved that voice mail. Bottom line is very poor service at this place and way over charged my suggestion take your car to better place there are many good hard working honest people out there then this bunch. I would not even let them touch my bike.

Customer service ducked from the manager and the Buisness owner. I just went there for a quote on a diagnostic test and they tried charging me $200 for a diagnostic test. Was very impolite manager and Buisness owner walked of at least twice while I was trying to understand prices and access my Buisness. They were really acting like they dont have time to fix cars when thats the Buisness theyre working for. Definitely would never recommend anybody to go here. Customer service sucks and employees are to ride to even give you a correct price. Worst place to goto in joliet.

The owner was not polite and curious- I called today to get a quote about doing tune up and alignment of my car, instead of being curious he said I am busy and hang up the phone -I called him again asking about the manger to complain about the way he handle the call, and he said he is the owner , hung up again !!--Do not come here .There are alot of repair shops in the area that have better customer service !!

Honest and diligent customer service. I have been here for a few problems. Other auto repair places diagnosed a transmission issue for a wheel bearing. It took them 4 hes to complete and gave me a ride to and from my house. I have referred them ever since. Best repair shop I have ever dealt with.

Awesome place. Broke down taking our daughter to school in Missouri. They gave us a ride to the hotel, fixed the car 1st thing in the morning (reasonable cost) and picked us up from the hotel when car was ready, Highly recommend them, Thank you
