NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, WENT FOR OIL CHANGE AND AFTER I SAID MY CAR WAS NOT ACTING LIKE IT WAS BEFORE OIL CHANGE, GOT TOLD NEEDED TUNE UP, CATTILAC COVERTER, THEY SCREWED UP MUFFLER, DIDNT WELD IT CORRECTLY. I PAID 1000.00 and CAR NOT WORKING RIGHT. WANTED ME TO REPLACE ENGINE. AFTER 4 ATTEMPTS TO CORRECT THE ISSUES THEY CREATED WENT TO ANOTHER SHOP, THEY SPICED WIRES DID NOT REPLACE AS THEY SAID, HORRIBLE JOB WELDING, DID NOT USE NEW PLUGS WHEN DOING THE TUNE UP. THE OPERATIONS AT THIS SHOP ARE HORRIBLE, HAD TO LISTEN TO ALL THE WORKSHOP INJURIES, AND EXCUSES. TOOK CAR TO DEALER AND 500 CAR RUNNING GREAT. CALLED HEADQUARTERS IN NORTH CAROLINA, THEY DID NOTHING. DIDNT CARE. I OFFERED TO TAKE MY CAR TO ANOTHER Meineke Service STATION BUT THIS OWNER WOULD NOT ALLOW ME THIS, WANTED IT BACK IN HIS SHOP. THIS SHOP IS A MONEY HUNGRY OPERATION WITH MECHANICS WHO DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND ARE NOT ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS This is my complaint.Meineke Service Complaint ID# 8733062 I have pictures of everything.

TERRIBLE SHOP. Took my vehicle here for an oil change, asking specifically if they had the correct oil filter which some places had to get from the dealer. They claimed they had the correct one. Several days later the oil dumped out of my car. After getting my car towed to the dealership, it turns out that the oil dumped out of my car because of Meineke installing the incorrect oil filter. After arguing with them for several days I caved to accepting a refund for the work had to do to fix Meinekes ignorance, but not the initial oil change which was done incorrectly, stating it wasnt even worth going after the rest at this point. The OWNER then proceeded to RIP UP the check he offered me. DISHONEST SHOP WITH NO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR WORK.

terrible place. i had to wait three weeks for a four hour repair because they ordered the wrong part. after they got the right part from the dealer!! (not necessary) i was charged for both parts plus labor. after all that they didnt even fix my problem and told me i had to order a power steering pump which was another 300 dollars plus labor. it wasnt my fault they ordered the wrong part i shouldnt have paid at all but i just wanted to be done with it all.

Dont let the run down exterior fool you. I needed some work done on my exhaust pipe and brought it into the shop and within an hour the problem was fixed for a very reasonable price. Another shop said that I may need a whole new exhaust system but the owner here said that only one portion needed to be replaced. Great quality work. Will be coming back.

STAY AWAY! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! My 80 year mother came in for an oil change and was told she had all sorts of problems with her car including an oil leak which required an expensive repair. Thankfully she checked with another shop and needed NOTHING. These people will scam you out of your cash! Horrible shop!

This shop is amazing and very clean. I went there to fix my car. The owner there is very helpful. The service was very good, and I was impressive from the price is very cheap. If you want to fix your car, go directly to this shop. highly recommended!

Should actually be no stars! There is 1 old man working, he took my keys and walked away. Never said anything, until I went to find him and I demanded my keys back.
