The worst experience Ive ever had with a mechanic. He couldnt fix a transmission problem on a Nissan Maxima despite almost half a dozen attempts. We spent $3500 to get it fixed. 2 weeks later the problem re-occurred. We brought it in again and they gave it back to us 2 weeks later without fixing the problem. We had to bring it in 2 more times to him before we gave up and brought it to someone reputable. They never called to follow up or apologize for their incompetence. Gary talked a lot about his vast knowledge of transmissions. Maybe he should spend some more time learning about customer service and repairing transmissions. Do yourself a favor and try another mechanic before you consider G & M.

Several years ago, I took my van into another place for an oil change. I came out with $2000 worth of problems. I met the owner of G&M and when they inspected my van, I only had 1 problem...not 5. The cost was cheaper also. On 6/14/17, my son had issues with his car. We thought it was the water pump. The girl said I might also need a belt. Nope...only the water pump. Everyone is very nice, and I feel that this facility is honest. Unfortunately, car problems are something we all have to deal with. This is one facility Id use again.

My automatic 2008 Escape came down with the notorious and dreaded 2-4 gear loss. I dropped the car off with G&M Auto Repair for a *gulp* full rebuild. The car drives like it always has, good as new. The price quoted up front was the out the door price on the invoice. They got me back on the road in no time, even during a holiday week! Great honest service! Several hundred dollars less for a full rebuild than I was quoted to only fix the problem elsewhere! Will definitely bring my car for service here again.

I took my car to G&M because my transmission was slipping. Gary knew right away what was wrong. They got my car in that day and it was fixed in 2 days. They gave me a 3 year warranty too! Dawn was very friendly and Gary really knew what he was talking about regarding cars. If you need anything transmission related, definitely go to G&M!
