They are pretty darn bad. After they did NOT fix my car, I brought it back to let them resolve the situation and, they said nothing was wrong. I brought it to the dealer, who tightened up a loose connection for nearly nothing. Plus, one of the guys at the front desk is not suited for customer service. He was regularly argumentative or combative on the phone.

HI- STEVE WE MADE AN APPT. W/ STEVE TO HAVE OUR HANDICAP VANS REAR TAIL PIPE REPLACED. CAME IN AN 10 MINS. LATER OUR VAN WAS ON THE RACK. THE PIPE WAS CUSTOM W/ THREE BENDS GOING OVER THE REAR AXLE. JUST 1.20 MINS LATER WE WERE ON OUR WAY. VAN SOUNDS GREAT, AND A VERY FAIR PRICE.................... THANKS STEVE - RICH & YVONNE

I have been going to Midas on 75th Street for over 20 years and have never been disappointed in their excellent service. They are able to find and repair the most difficult and unusual problems. They have always been fair and reasonable in their pricing for the work being performed.
