In our search for a company to repair hail damage on our roof, my wife found Mueller Roofing. She takes care of A LOT of the day to day scheduling and maintenance for the household while I am at work. You would think that coordinating these things with companies (large and small) would be somewhat accommodating but, we have found that this kind of convenience and accommodation comes in very small doses. From the very first phone call to the very last shingle (and beyond), we found Mueller Roofing to be a GREAT EXPERIENCE! This company definitely stands out in a most excellent way and we found Phil to be the epitome of customer service. This company is highly recommended.

I’ve called 3 times and was told by the receptions that someone would call me and no one ever did. Even if they are overwhelmed with work, a return call explaining this is just good customer service and shows respect to customers which they dont seem to poses. Imagine how they will be if you have to deal with them during and after warranty repairs?? They already lost one $13k insurance covered job on my main property a few months back to another prompt responding roofing company due to not responding quickly enough. Looks like there losing a second... Look at the other reviews of the company. Best to stay away.

We noticed warping on the north side of one of our dormers and called Mueller for an estimate. This was our first home repair, so it was a rookie mistake not to call additional contractors. The repair they made seems to be fine, but my husband went on the roof with Muellers contractor and pointed out some questionable areas on the south side of the roof. The contractor said that there was nothing to worry about, but 3 months later that section of the roof is leaking into our unfinished attic. I would obviously recommend getting someone else to inspect your roof or recommend repairs.

Take this seriously. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! near impossible to get a call back and they came to do some gutters for a company building and less than a year later there falling off, said they would put new flashing, which they charged me for and when another company came out they told me they never put it on(oh and reason the other company came out because when it comes to warranty, you may never see these guys) not one to leave reviews but I dont think I have never been so disappointed with a job. Zero stars

I was told by a family friend, this company was one of the best in the area..... unfortunately I will never know because I never got a return phone call. The very rude customers service representative probably never forward the message to the appropriate department. That very rude customer service, he is definitely losing business for your company.

I have had them do roofing work for us and was satisfied with the work. I have left 9 messages for them wanting to get the roof on a relatives home replaced. On the 9th attempt I told the receptionist that no one was responding and her reply was "if the estimator isnt returning your calls then I should just call somebody else". Very disappointing

Rudest bunch of workers, I work 2nd shift and at 7am they were ringing my doorbell and pounding on my door. Instead of saying Im sorry sir for waking you up can you please move your car, all they said was you need to move car now. Dont let these rude people work on your roof.

I used them in the past and their work was good but I called them over 5 times and even talked to their receptionist a handful of times and she promised she would give someone my message. No return calls at all. Poor customer support and lost my business forever.

Mueller Roofing did a great job on our roof. They helped us pick out the color roof right for our home and were not high pressure. Their prices were fair and they left our house clean when the roof was completed. I would highly recommend them as a contractor.

We found them polite with excellent workmanship at a fair price. A gentleman, named Phil, helped Us through all the decisions We had to make for a new roof. They also came back four years later and made some repairs at no charge. Highly recommend them.
