We hired Etruscan Roofing to remove our shake roof and install a replacement. We also have a room with a flat roof that was also replaced. From the initial contact through the projects completion, all was handled in a most courteous and professional manner. We did get several estimates and while Etruscan was not the least expensive, their price was very competitive with all details fully explained. Further, the communication with Todd was respectful, prompt and very pleasant in all regards. He recommended products and gave us ideas to consider that may not have occurred to us; but, he did not pressure or try to "upsell" us something we did not need. He was prompt and stayed in close communication while waiting for breaks in the weather so they could begin. During the 6 days of work, Todd made several visits and checked in with me frequently. His crew of 3+ was hard working and cleaned up thoroughly each day. While its never easy to have workmen onsite for many hours every day, they were exceedingly polite and very responsive to any request. The finished work is beautiful! Since the roof was just applied, there has not been enough time to discover if there are any problems, but from the appearance, the attention to detail, the work ethic of the crew along with the quality of products, I do not anticipate any issues. Should something occur, I have every confidence that Todd and Etruscan will provide exceptional customer service and rectify promptly. So, I am very pleased to give our highest recommendation without any hesitation.

I had a wonderful experience working with Etruscan Gutters & Roofing this past Spring. Shaun was extremely knowledgeable in roofing and gutter construction. He provided all options available in regard to product quality and price along with the tradeoffs of each. The expert crew ran into a few unusual circumstances during the tear off of the old roof, and was able to perform the needed repairs before installing my new roof and gutters. Shaun even stuck to his original estimate even though the cost of labor exceeded the original estimate. It was a high quality job all around from the initial estimate through completion with a project work plan that was spot on. I have no hesitation in recommending Etruscan for any roofing job.

In the fall of 2017 I received estimates from 5 companies to install gutters on our garage. When we received the estimate I let them know that we werent in a hurry to have the work done. I offered to give them a down payment for the work, but Todd said to pay them when the work was completed. Many companies ask for a percentage of the cost up front. They called about a week ago and said the installation of the gutters could be done in a few days. They showed up as promised and installed the gutters in a couple of hours. The total price was about one-third the cost quoted by the two highest-priced companies. Id definitely use them again.

We have bid out so many different jobs and Todd at Etruscan far exceeds his contracting person many levels. Firstly, he is communicative and zeros in on the issue right away. He doesnt upswell you and turns around a proposal in 48 hours. He slates the job offering a couple windows and does not inconvenience you as you do your job (we work from home). Billing is quick with a note letting us know our invoice is en route. He is a great small business man and he and his wife Shaun will only grow Etruscan bigger if they remain true to their customer service. We wouldnt hesitate recommending them again! During the inspection process Shaun was incredibly professional and did an excellent job outlining all of the issues with the roof. This inspection was very detailed and gave us a great basis to negotiate with the seller regarding roof defects. They have tarped our roof almost immediately when we have had leaks, and caulked or repaired shingles based on need. I felt the price was fair and we did our whole roof, then needed to do the roofs on two bay windows, then an add-on need a new roof and guttering, then we did our down spouting.
