After one of our recent heavy rainstorms, I discovered one of my windows needed to be replaced. Being a new homeowner in a new neighborhood, I didnt know who to call. While extensively researching local contractors, I came across Krumwiedes website. After reading the positive reviews from various sources, I decided to make the call. From the initial phone conversation, to the installation itself, and through the post-installation follow-up, everyone I had spoken to or worked with was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. The general managers I worked with ensured that my expectations were being met at each and every step in the process and they delivered on exactly what I had asked for. Greg and the team at Krumwiede Roofing was one of the most professional contractors I have ever worked with. With other contractors, it is often a struggle to get someone out to our property, or even get a simple phone call returned. After contacting Krumwiede, Greg immediately responded to our inquiry, was out inspecting our roof, and giving us options our roof. He answered all our questions and call promptly, and even coordinated other contractors needed to finish our roofing project. The team showed up on time for the day the install was scheduled, and completed a tear off, and installation in the same day, and even kept us informed of any issues, and the progress on our roof during the day. I will always choose Krumwiede for my roofing and exterior needs, and would gladly recommend them to all of my friends and family.

they were professional, did excellent work, cleaned up everything, minimal damage to existing plants. I am VERY happy with the work they did! I can not believe how much cooler it is upstairs with the installation of the ridge vent! There follow up was superb! They sent a nice thank you card about a week after thanking me for the business , and I just now got a nice box of chocolate chip cookies with another thank you for my business and a $ 500 credit to use for myself or give to a family or friend! Even my insurance agent was impressed with the work on the proposal. I would recommend them to do a roof! THANK YOU for excellent work AND customer service!!

A PLUS PLUS! Top notch service, super courteous staff! Superb customer service, from the young lady that answered the phone all the way to the follow up after the job (new roof) was completed by one of the owners. They kept me up to par with scheduling throughout the whole process. The foreman even texted me pics to update progress of the project. They really are masters of their craft! The job was completed in a day and when I came home there was no mess around my house, I couldnt even tell they were there! I will definitely reach out to Krumwiede when we are ready for windows and or siding!

We were very impressed with the quality of the products and with Krumwiedes customer service. We had a new roof installed and an outside transom window installed in our bathroom. We worked with two separate crews and they were both very polite and professional. The roof took four days because of rain. The project manager was in constant contact with us to let us know when the crew would be back. Every night the crew cleaned up; Removed all debris, picked up loose nails, etc. We would very highly recommend Krumwiede Roofing & Exteriors.

Uneven trim and no experience with special order product for Siding. Didnt get the $1K Coupon from Clipper Magazine for my Roof. Theyll lie and tell you that you have to order top of the line Roof (most expensive) to get the coupon applied to the invoice. Doesnt honor Schedule Date as Promised-They lied and said the project would be Completed no later than November 2016, and didnt start the project until January 2017.

i needed roof work, I contacted 4 contractors including Krumwiede the other three were quick to suggest an all new roof at a very high prices. krumwiede instead gave me a few options and suggestions. if a new roof was in fact needed their price was still lower than the others. i chose one of the option I felt comfortable with and all the work was done in a timely manner and to my satisfaction and fairly priced.

Greg Olsen & his crew did a top notch job. Complete tear off & new gutters & down spouts in 2 days completely done. 50 year non pro rated warranty looks beautiful. Not the cheapest but well worth the extra $$ in my ooinion. Got rid of the crappy roof vents & installed a ridge vent system looks alot cleaner. Even installed a new bathroom vent for my bathroom no more steamy morings in tbe shower. Thanks Krumwiede
