I was skeptical when a representative of Aloha knocked on our door offering to provide us with a new roof. You know the drill, door to door cold callers are to be suspected of nefarious motives. That was my first impression but I couldnt have been more inaccurate in my perception. It took several attempts to persuade my wife and I to even consider the offer. Once I did, it seemed too good to be true so we laid down the gauntlet and asked for some local references. The references checked out. About the same time, while conversing with a long time friend with several years roofing trade experience, I learned his father in law had recently taken Aloha up on their offer and his experience was a good one. We looked his new roof, gutters and siding over and found it to be of high quality materials and excellent workmanship. I decided to go with Aloha and could not be more pleased with the outcome. Everything from start to finish went exactly as represented, on time and with no surprises. I recommend Aloha wholeheartedly and would not hesitate to do business with them again.

Professional. Honest. Reliable. Outstanding Workmanship. A+++ standing from this very satisfied customer. My house was started Tuesday, May 3nd and completed the same date! That couldnt of happened without the talented craftsmen on the job. They completely removed the old shingles, wrapped the house, passed inspection. WOW!!! Take a breath here. They had a goal and they completed it. Not rushed, but with conviction. All steps were done properly and I was satisfied every step of the way. The clean up was quick and great! We love the look of our house and would highly recommended Aloha everyone! Mr. Peterson and Kyle Busse were polite to talk too, on time and made sure everything was scheduled. My experience with Aloha Construction was nothing but an extremely positive one. Our representative, Jeff Wells, was always available to answer any questions I had or drop by to make sure everything was going as planned. It was all completed in an extremely timely manner and completed well. We received a new roof and gutters from this company and could not be happier with the end result. In addition, they were more than willing to work with our insurance company so our interaction with our insurance agency was minimal and hassle-free! I have already started recommending this company to my friends and will continue to do so in the future. It is a great company to work with and from now on, I dont plan on working with anyone else for my construction needs. Thanks again, Aloha!

This is a great company with a good group of guys working for them! My son Anthony Lynch is 12 & had 5 open heart surgeries due to be being born with hypoplastic left heart syndrome amongst some other heart defects & will never be able to play sports and just a couple weeks ago we had an emergency trip to the cardiologist in which his EKG didnt come back good so another battle ahead but this wonderful company had a giveaway for Chicago Bulls tickets to their suite & gave the opportunity to my son to go!! Words could never say thank you enough for their generosity in giving a boy whos overcame obstacles but yet has many more to go the oppurtunity to see his favorite team play with his friends & family! Id give them 10 stars if I could!!

We recently contracted Aloha Construction to replace our entire roof after a heavy rain/hail storm caused damage to it. Aloha worked directly with our insurance adjuster and told us up front exactly what our out of pocket costs would be. The amount we were quoted was the exact amount we paid after the work was complete. The day we were told they would be out to do the work is the day they did the work. A representative came out after the crew left to make sure they cleaned up the site and to see if we had any questions. Their representatives and customer service were very professional and knowledgeable. We are pleased with the work that Aloha did for us and highly recommend them.

At first we were skeptical having a roofing company knock on our door because of all the warnings and stories about storm chasers. We did our homework on Aloha Construction and gave them a chance, and we were extremely happy with not only the results of the finished job (siding and roof) but also the entire paperwork process and the professionalism of the staff. There were no headaches with this company and it was a pleasant business experience. Also, we would like to add they had a large crew for our siding and our home was finished in one day. Same with our roof.. 1 day. No regrets.

I had to get a new roof due to extensive damage from a recent windstorm. Chad, my sales rep, went through everything with me and was incredibly helpful throughout the insurance process, meeting with my insurance adjuster, and explaining everything in detail so we would be satisfied with the results and it would be affordable for our budget. Production of the roof was clean and they took care of everything quickly and efficiently. Overall, they were extremely professional and did a fantastic job! We will definitely be using their services again for our next home improvement project.

Aloha Construction is a great company with great workers that were very helpful to me with my damaged gutters that they took care of in a timely and very efficient manner. So much so I recommended them to my parents and they got to work right away on the damage to there roof and helped them with some new gutters as well after alerting them to damage they were not aware of which saved them from more damage to the house. I highly recommend that anybody with construction needs definitely call these guys! Great quality work, great customer service honestly couldnt ask for anything more

Aloha construction replaced the roof and gutters of my Woodridge home after a storm damage. Even though the work took a little longer than expected, I was very much pleased by the excellent workmanship of the roofers and gutter replacement crew. My house has a clean and new look now. During the course of the project, I had the opportunity to work with Mr. Jeff Wells, sales manager. He was very professional, polite, knowledgable and was a pleasure to deal with. I posted a request for some siding work on Home Adviser and an Aloha representative responded (Ryan). Ryan provided an estimate and we then exchanged numerous texts and voice mails, but progress to a contract was slow. I called the Aloha office with a concern about the lack of a contract and received a quick and excellent response from Jimmy. I now have a contract and am looking forward to a timely repair. Despite the initial difficulty I can testify to quality customer service. Both Ryan and Jimmy took immediate action to resolve matters.
