After reading the reviews of this company I was encouraged that maybe I had found a good company to look at my roofing issue, however my experience was totally opposite of those other review postings. I emailed the company with no-reply to-date, I called them directly 7-8 times and no one answered any of the calls... I did get a call back from someone later based on caller ID I suppose. I talked with them and wanted them to come out the next morning but they were insistent scheduling something at 3:30- 4:00 the day I called. I canceled a meeting I had at work and hurried home to be there for them. 3:30-4:00 came, No-Show..... waited till 4:30, No-show, No-calls.... Called back at 4:30, No-answer but left a message that no one showed..... called several more time from 4:30 to 6:00, No-answer, No-calls that they could not make it..... I sent a text that no one showed and simply got a text back that said "K"..... asked if they could come out the next morning 8:00 AM, got a text back and said they would try....... Stayed at home the next morning til after 9:00 AM texted at 8:00 and asked if someone was coming out.... No-answer, No-calls back.... Finally I sent a text back and said never mind, I had to leave for work and cancel the appointment..... trying to find another contractor!

My roof had wind damage which I discovered when water appeared in the ceiling of our dining room. I tried to call a company we had done business with before, but it was after close of business (4:15 PM ?) and their answering machine said leave a message and someone would call as soon as possible. So I searched for a BBB accredited roofer near my home. Integrity Roofing answered their phone. They were at my home in less than 30 minutes and immediately secured a tarp over the leaking roof. Integrity Roofing provided everything needed to file the claim with my insurance company. They were on site when the insurance adjuster came to inspect the damage. The roofers were efficient, completing the job in less than two days. Their cleanup was excellent. The roof is perfect. I highly recommend Integrity Roofing for roofing needs. Ronnie and Shawn provided personal, friendly, and efficient service.

The name says it all! Integrity. Very true to their word of low cost/will not rob you blind like other contractors have done me in the past. Very respondent to phone calls and texts messages, did quality work for the fraction of the price we were recently quoted and SHOWED UP. There were 3 other places we called for a new roof on 1 house and gutters on another; 1 showed, gave estimate - agreed on a start date, never returned calls and did not show (4 months ago)! said they would come out and never showed at all. If there is any work that is needed and Integrity can not do, they will be up front with you and recommend someone who shares the same values. Integrity is the only business I will call for contract work or for recommendations.

Im a vet that lives out of State and have a property management company that takes care of everything. A while ago, they e-mailed me saying that my roof had been damaged from some weather. The quote that they provided was way high in my mind so to double check I called Integrity Roofing to get a second quote. Not only was the quote only a little over half of the original quote, Ronnie worked with me every step of the way to ensure I got the shingles I wanted, needed plywood replaced, and took pictures of the work to verify and confirm everything. I would highly recommend this company to people that need work done in the Clarksville and surrounding areas. Integrity and honesty go along way in my opinion.

I live out of state so when my realtor called to tell me about missing shingles on my roof, on a hope and a prayer for a good company (and thanks to other reviews), I called & spoke to Mr. Ronnie. He worked with me on getting the repair expedited to avoid any future issues, stayed in constant contact about progress, matching shingles, and sent me pictures of the complete job. I am beyond pleased with how Mr. Ronnie communicated to me what would get done, how it would get done, when it would get, and for how much. No surprises, very to-the-point, and very kind!!! I am a landlord of a property in Clarksville and do not live in the Clarksville area. I have contacted Integrity Roofing on two separate occasions to inspect, quote, and repair my roof that was damaged in two separate storms. His pricing is fair and completes work in a very prompt manor (told me on a Tuesday that work would be done on Friday, and finished work by Wednesday afternoon). He worked with me, due to my distance from the property, to show me the damage done and then provided photos of completed work. I highly recommend and will be a repeat customer should the event arise.

They did a great job on the roof tear off and re shingle. Once it came down to left over material, I understand most home owners never think about keeping the extra material I do however. Since I had the delivery invoice and invenntied it myself, I was aware that all material dropped I payed for. The owner however did not want the left over material to stay. He made sure to take 6 of the 7 closed shingle bundles. The other issue I have is that their trash trailer is still setting out front of my house. They said they would be back later that day to get it and never showed up.

I hired Integrity Roofing to come out and replace my roof, decking, vents, gutters, and paint. This was after getting plenty of estimates from Clarksville roofing companies. Integrity was not only the best price by far.. .but they did an amazing job! The crew was very professional and finished in two days! We had been in our new home less than 6 months, and after the most recent ice/snowfall began to melt we noticed water spots forming on our ceiling from a leak in the roof. When we found out this wasnt covered under our home warranty, and didnt meet our insurance deductible, Integrity was great with working with us on a good price. They were fast, efficient, and didnt just cover the leak, but repaired it right. They also installed the proper ventilation we were lacking while they were up there.

Crushed it! Friends recommended Integrity to me after getting over- quoted from other companies on their roofing job. I couldnt get over the fact of how worn my shingles looked on my home I recently purchased. Ron came out after a storm and confirmed some issues I was worried about. He was always a call or text away during the process and his crew got my roof done in two days during a week of rain. My new roof looks fantastic and I cant get over how much it improves the look of my home.

Ron and his crew at Integrity Roofing are top quality roofers, prompt in returning my initial call, out the next day to look at my roof and within two days had the leaks in my metal roof at The Village Groomer & Animal Inn fixed. I couldnt be happier since I had called 2 other businesses who either couldnt find the problem or wouldnt call me back after coming out.
