Just because you have a 4.8 rating doesnt mean youre allowed to not show up to scheduled appointments, berate customers and act like a complete unprofessional tool. Terry scheduled an appointment with me to meet at my rental property at 12 noon Tuesday 2/25. Not only did he fail to show up, but he also didnt feel it was necessary to call me to reschedule or inform me he was late. I called Terry around 12:40 (giving an allowance for time) and he stated "Ill get to you when I get to you". My response was that I didnt feel comfortable with that as I have tenants. Terry said "I dont feel comfortable with doing business with someone that doesnt feel comfortable" This arrogant attitude pissed me off. People running businesses should respect other peoples busy schedules and be timely/professional. TERRY WAS ABSOLUTELY UNPROFRESSIONAL AND UNTIMELY. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE HIM. UPDATE: HE CALLED ME BACK TO BERATE AND YELL AT ME MORE. STATING HE DIDNT LIKE THE WAY I TALKED TO HIM" TERRY IS A COMPLETE TOOL, CLOWN AND A JOKE. NEXT UP BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.....

I only needed a single shingle replaced and such a small job is generally hard to find a roofer to come out and make the repair. Not the case with Terry; he responded to me via e-mail within 48 hrs of my web inquiry and he arranged to make the repair and also conduct a roof inspection to make sure there was no additional damage. Terry made the minor repair and let me know that his inspection of the roof did not reveal any other damage and the roof looked in good condition. I am glad to find an honest and dependable roofer. I will call on Terry again for any future roofing needs and I recommend Woodall roofing to anyone in need of having roofing work done on their house.

Terry Woodall Roofing Contractors won my loyalty. They were on time for our appointment to look at my roof. I had hail damage from a storm in June and they handled the whole insurance claim. They were able to get my roof replaced at no cost to me by the insurance. The work was completed on time and the crew was very respectful of my property while they worked. The clean up was great and they used large magnets to find and pickup nails (amazing)!!! I have already referred them to several people. Keep up the good work Terry Woodall!!!!

My roof is amazing thanks to Terry Woodall Roofing! Terry went above and beyond helping me choose color and quality of shingles. The job turned into more than just a roof, I needed wood decking replaced; they replaced the decking on my roof and didn’t let the extra work slow them down. Cannot recommend highly enough! They arrived within 30 minutes of my initial call to take a look at the leak and plan the repair. The quote was extremely reasonable. I was told they would do the repair when the rain stopped so I left to run errands. Got home and they were already finishing the repair and it was still raining! Working with Terry was a great experience. Needing roof repair, I was not excited about dealing with the insurance company and trying to find a trustworthy roofer. Terry came recommended and I could not be more pleased with the entire experience.
