The Mullers did a fantastic job on my house this summer. I needed a new roof, and other various repairs after hailstorms moved through the area. I called Muller Exteriors, and David Muller Jr. responded very quickly. Within a day or less he came to my house to have a look at the damage and provide an estimate. He was extremely professional, friendly, and new what he was doing. David made sure to be present when the adjustor from my insurance company inspected the damage to make sure the adjustor didnt miss anything. He also followed up with me, and with my insurance company repeatedly to make sure things were moving through the claims process. When the insurance company placed a value on the claim that was too low, David Muller Sr. was on the phone with them on my behalf, explaining all of the costs not being taken into consideration. In the end, the insurance company agreed and paid for all of the repairs. We were so pleased we even had them do some extra work on the house while they were at it. They got the entire job done in 1 day so that we were inconvenienced as little as possible and the result is beautiful. Theyre local, professional, honest, and very friendly. I would recommend Muller Exteriors without hesitation, and would use them again for anything they do.

Did a fair job with a roofing job in Fall of 2011. I have tried calling a few times since the service was complete; a couple of times in the past to refer local business to them, but never got a response from anyone- which I have no idea why a business wouldnt return calls for new business... unless things are just sooo good for them, but i doubt it. Most recently, I have tried requesting a copy of the invoice for the service they provided for us since the begininning of August this year. Every time I call a "receptionist" answers and cannot do anything more than take a message. This person claims to work at the "office", but cannot acces any records or transfer calls to any manager, or anyone else for that matter. They kindly tell you that your message will be returned in a few days. Well, I havent heard back after 3 messages since the beginning of August this year. All I am requesting is a copy of an invoice to provide to my homeowners insurance... Really that simple.

Dave and his team did a wonderful job with our replacement windows. This is one of the best home improvement investments we have ever made. Dave explained the various options to us. A team member measured every window in our home to insure a perfect fit. The manufacturer sent the wrong windows the first round; the installers immediately informed us; the appropriate windows were delivered and installed professionally. Because the decorative grills are inside the glass, no more broken grills or grills falling out and needing to be reinstalled. The windows are easy to clean. The post installation follow up was excellent. We have recommended Muller Exteriors to other people who have also been very happy with the results!

I was extremely happy with the quality of work done by Muller Exteriors. I felt it was extremely important to review this company to let people know how wonderful they are. They go behind what is expected in quality of work, customer service, and knowledge in their field. We had hail damage recently and required a new roof, siding and gutters. I wanted to stay with a local company and glad I chose Muller. Their team was clean and orderly as they left each night Their craftsmanship and knowledge of what our house specificity needed was fantastic. If I could only recommend one company in my life so far it would be Muller Exteriors. Highly Highly recommend Muller Exteriors for any roofing, siding or gutter needs.

After the hail storm in April 2014, we used Dave & Dave Jr. from Muller Exterior for all the repairs for our home. Dave honored the cost numbers from our Allstate Insurance inspector and within a few weeks everything was completed (roof, gutters, downspouts, siding & screens). Overall, Muller Exteriors did a nicer job than the company we used from the 2000 hail storm. The roof looked better, the gutters and downspouts were a much better quality material. The other great thing about using Dave & Dave Jr. is that they are local contractor in Lake Zurich, so if there are any issues down the road (which I dont currently see), Im confident that it will be corrected. I contacted Muller after I found shingles in my backyard after a wind storm. They promptly came out to investigate and provide a quote. Once it was determined that it was a minor repair, not involving an insurance claim, communication regarding scheduling became a major issue. After repeated messages and phone conversations over a period of several weeks, I called another local firm who made the repairs within 2 days. There was an additional window framing project for which I still have never received a quotation following a visit to scope out the work. this is also being handled promptly by another local contractor. I would give 0 stars if the system allowed for it.

I just had my roof and gutters replaced by Muller Exteriors, and I am completely satisfied with the job. They gave me a fair price, used excellent materials, and their installation workmanship was top notch. The time to complete was fantastic as well. I had a small problem (one of my shingles blew off) which prompted me to quit stalling and get my roof replaced. David Jr. came out the same day I called, made a temporary repair for free, and had a fair quote in my hands that night. The entire job was completed inside one week, because they knew I had problems. This is an excellent company to work with, and I highly recommend them!

Ive searched around for a company who I not only felt comfortable with working on my house, but a company that I could trust to get the job done efficiently. By calling Muller Exteriors Inc., I not only felt that I was talking to an expert on the issues, but that they were willing to do what ever it took to resolve my issue. I definitely recommend them for your housing project, as they will help you get the job done as easily and safely as possible. There was one minor issue with a peice of siding breaking due to debris. Dave, had his son out the very next day to fix it.

Fantastic experience. After having a very windy day in January we heard quite a lot of flapping and noise from our roof. We assumed it was a shingle that had gotten loose. I conducted a quick search online for local roofing companies and got Muller Exteriors and saw how highly rated they were. Theyre among one of the most professional companies Ive ever dealt with regarding these sorts of repairs. Very understanding and reasonable. We appreciate their timely responses and effective work and we intend on utilizing their services from now on.

I called Muller Exteriors along with a few others to get a quote for my roof to be replaced. I spoke with the owner and expressed all my concerns with my roof not knowing anything about construction. He was very patient in explaining the products and installation to me. His price for the roof was right in line with one other company but the customer service is what sold me. The roof was done in fall the cleanup was spectacular and Ive now recommended Muller Exteriors to several friends.
