I found some water damage on the ceiling of my dining room. Knowing I had to have a leak in the roof, I called Guarantee Roofing. Within 2 days Sylas Smith was at my door and on my roof checking things out. He found hail damage on my roof and siding. I was devastated. I dont have the money to fix all that. He came over when the insurance adjuster was here and has worked closely with them. Silas was able to get a new roof, new siding, gutters with leaf guard, all within the limits of my insurance coverage. He also arranged for two different sub-contractors to come over to fix my ceilings. Keith, the foreman on the roof project, was extremely courteous and kept me informed of what was going on. James did a lot of the work on the siding and finishing work. He even worked on Saturday and Sunday to push things through and get it done. His work is meticulous and hes an extremely hard worker. The before and after look of my house is amazing. Im so pleased with Guarantee Roofing and would recommend them to anyone!

While removing leaves from my roof I noticed a few damaged shingles. I called Guarantee knowing it was a small job and might take a while to be scheduled. Fortunately, they gave me the same level of service that I would have expected for a larger or more critical job. Guarantee Roofing did a great job replacing my shingles and guttering. They took two layers of shingles off and replaced any bad decking they found before putting the new shingles on.
