This company is the definition of incompetent. I wish I could give zero stars, because one is too kind. We had to use them because our home-warranty company uses them as their ONLY contractor for plumbing issues. Over the winter we had a couple inches of standing water in our basement. We called them almost five minutes after we encountered it on a Sunday morning and they called back about 48 hours later and couldnt come out until Wednesday (four days later). Luckily and unluckily for us the leak stopped and we were able to clean up the mess. However, because they couldnt physically see a leak they had absolutely no clue what the problem was (we never saw anything physically leaking that first time either). Instead of looking at possible toilet leaks or taking a peak into our drain, the guy quickly said it was a furnace problem (we had minor condensation coming from the flue pipe at the time..but that had nothing to do with TWO INCHES of water). So we paid him the $100 deductible and had our flue pipe fixed by a different contractor. When the same problem happened again a couple months later, we hesitantly called the warranty company and dealt with Ace again (This time we actually had video of the leak occurring..but this apparently did not help them). BIG MISTAKE. This time a different guy came, looked around, couldnt figure out what to do, said hed talk to his boss and call us back. Then he took our $100 deductible and left. This company basically conned us out of $200 while doing NOTHING and diagnosing NOTHING in the process. I called a week later (after they had not called us back) and the secretary seemed to have no clue who I was or why I would be calling. Plus, half the time when you call, you dont even get an employee of ACE because they use some sort of phone service most of the time. After that point, I decided to wash my hands of them (besides writing this scathing online review). Sadly, they are right across the street from one of my favorite establishments, the Tin Man Brewing Co. and I have to remember being cheated by Ace Plumbing every time I eat there.

I had a tree fall on my roof on July 7th. My insurance adjuster sent me a detailed estimate for the replacement of one face of my roof, facia, and gutter. I called them to ask if I could send them the estimate and find out if they could do the work for the estimate given. The "gentleman" who answered the phone began a looonnng monologue about how they couldnt always do that, giving all kinds of silly details that had nothing to do with my particular case, in which he apparently had little interest, because I couldnt get a word in edgewise. He asked me NO questions. My roof is only 13 years old. After listening to him for approximately 45 seconds, I said "thank you," and hung up. If I could give this company less than one star, I would.

Ace completely demolished an old tiled bathroom including the removal of a very heavy cast iron tub. All of the debris had to be carried out over new hardwood floors. The workers were careful not to damage the new flooring. They completed the installation of the new bathroom within a reasonable period of time and arrived as scheduled for each work day. Throughout the job Ace was very professional and took precautions to keep the mess to a minimum. We are very pleased with the work. An inspector from Ace came out to inspect the completed job. Follow up work was completed during the same week to take care of a couple minor problems.

Rude. They misquoted their price. Said 90 to replace a wax ring on a toilet. When he arrived, the plumber said that all that had to be done was to tighten a nut on the bottom of the filler tube, a 5 to 10 minute job. He then proceeds to write up a bill for 128 dollars!! Wow, forget a college education, just work for ACE plumbing in Evansville, IN. The CEO or owner was very arrogant and rude when we called to complain. I guess their dispatcher gets $50/hr and their plumber $80/hr. I just hope you go to another company in Evansville, IN. Do not use ACE....

Projects included a roof replacement after a storm, a bathroom remodel, a bedroom remodel and a kitchen remodel. All projects met or exceeded my expectations. Id heartily recommend Ace to everyone.

These guys did a very good job on the roof on my house and garage. They went above and beyond what was quoted. The workmanship was excellent and they got the job done quickly. They also repaired damaged vinyl siding and eves. They were friendly and nice to work with. I highly recommend them!

Absolutely the worst experience!! Late to the job, limited to no clean up upon completion of the job, and some of the worst copper sweating that Ive ever seen. Never using these guys again! Lesson learned.
