I have known Stephen Pinaire for a few years. What a breath of fresh air he is!! In a day and age when customer service in this country has all but gone out the window, Stephen Pinaire and Pinaire Roofing come along and give us hope again. Stephen and the folks at his roofing company are a class act in every sense of the term. A hailstorm had damaged my roof and Stephen and his crew put on a new roof for me. It was a PERFECT job. Steve and his team replaced the roof on our familys 117-year-old building in Springfield, TN. The quality of his work was top-notch, but it was the service that he brought to the relationship and the project that really set him apart from the competition. Given that I live thousands of miles away, it was comforting to know that we had engaged the services of someone with such a high degree of integrity. Mere days after the project was completed, Springfield was caught in a storm of epic proportions. The new roof did its job marvelously forcing the precipitation to the drain pipes. Unfortunately, the drain pipes (which had not been replaced). were quickly overwhelmed and our tenants suffered water damage and flooding. Even though it wasnt his problem, Steve sent his crews out to assist with mitigation and cleanup late into the evening hours. Thank you Steve! Youve set the bar high!

I loved this company! On the first call a guy named zach arrived, and even though it was pouring rain he climbed up on our roof and did a quick patch so it would stop leaking into our house. As soon as they could, their crew arrived and made our roof strong and beautiful! We had a hard time with our mortgage company releasing the funds to pay for the roof. The guys at pinaire roofing waited patiently to be paid. It took almost 3 months before we could pay them the full amount and i am so greatful that they worked with us. They understand that people have troubles and mishaps! A big shout out to zach who worked with us through it all! Great company, because of their great employees!

As new home owners we were referred to Pinaire Roofing after speaking with several other roofing companies when rain conditions caused moisture in our vaulted ceiling. Other roofers were not as sure about what the issues were and made recommendations that were not going to address the problem. Stephen was very knowledgeable and was able to very skillfully assess what needed to be done. But more importantly, he was patient and educated us on roof issues so we understood what had happened and why. I highly recommend PInaire Roofing. I called this company to my home because I had several shingles missing due to strong winds. I assumed that I would need a new roof due to the amount of shingles missing and the age of my roof. Pinaire was honest and up front with me and said that my roof was in decent condition and just needed the missing shingles replaced. Most companies would have tried to sell me a new roof (like the drive by that I had a few days ago).
