Croixco recently replaced a portion of my churchs roof, and I must say the entire process from the first call I made to the completion of the work was excellent. I found Croixco as a local contractor through the BBB website. After placing an initial call to request a quote, I received a call back within 15 minutes to schedule an appointment for an estimate. Not only was the response prompt, but Bart really impressed me with his knowledge and recommendations. He brought me samples of quality products that he recommends and uses. His explanations were very thorough and easy to understand. I would highly recommend using Croixco, especially if you have a project which might otherwise require multiple trades to complete. Other roofing contractors would not directly quote me for repairs to masonry, but rather had me call another trade. Bart said they could do it all. They took care of the roof, chimney repairs and ventilation improvements. Croixco also has a wonderful office staff. I was kept informed via email and phone calls every step of the way. Everyone was very pleasant to work with and the quality of the work performed was outstanding. Seriously, the chimney work looks really sharp. This company obviously places a lot of care and pride in their work and I am sure they will be around for a long time.

In the vast sea of roof construction companies, Croixco truly stands out among them. We had spoken with a number of roofing companies before making our decision to go with Croixco. We went with them because Bart (the owner) was honest with us from the start. This was something we were having a hard time finding. On the day Bart came over, he took his time to carefully inspect our roof, teach us what he was looking for and spent the extra time helping us understand the process of making a claim. He was very thorough, inside and out, in his inspection. When it came time for inspection, Bart met respectfully with the inspector and helped show him what exactly was a potential issue with the roof. Barts knowledge and connections in the roofing industry helped us get the claim fulfilled. When actually installing the new roof, Barts crew carefully removed the old roof without damaging our garden. They were very professional in speaking with us about what they were doing. Bart stayed in the area to make sure the quality was up to par. Once they completed the job, they proceeded to clean up and left almost nothing behind. I would defiantly recommend Croixco Construction to anyone who is looking for a new roof. In fact, I already have!

I needed a new roof and had many roofers give me estimates. Croixco came out and explained my roof and the whole system. They were the only ones that looked in my attic and explained the importance of insulation and ventilation. They were very patient and explained the whole process in detail. Darren, the salesperson, didnt try to sell me a bunch of things I didnt need, yet pointed out that my attic was not breathing correctly and that I also needed insulation. This explains why my energy bills were so high and my upstairs bedrooms were always hot even in the evenings during the Summer. Not only were they able to take care of my roof, but Darren was also able to install new windows in my home which I desperately needed. I will be referring him and Croixco to all my friends and relatives. As a matter of fact, Croixco will be remodeling my neighbors basement and installing a new master bathroom in the home of one of my co-workers. While they werent the cheapest, the work was very high quality the workers extremely clean and courteous. I consider these guys a rare find and highly recommend them.

All roofers are not created equal, especially when a project is commercial and not residential. Commercial roof replacement requires a different skill-set over residential work and Croixco Construction had the top-shelf talent to get a difficult job done. We had a distribution center very near O’Hare airport that needed a new roof after a complete tear-off of multiple layers. Bart Fisher and his team of professionals did a first-rate job in the face of many obstacles. It rained or stormed on 23 of the first 30 days of the project. I mean it poured! This was followed by ten days of tropical weather with highs in the 90’s and dew points near or above 70-degrees. All the same, this important and expensive job got done and done right. Throughout the undertaking, Bart was always accessible. And, most of the time, he was on-site with the crew. How very nice. So, if youre a facility manager or operations executive, and youre ready to pull the trigger on a commercial or industrial roofing contractor, take aim at Croixco Construction. I rarely give recommendations, but these people earned mine.

Croixco is a one in a million company. Not only were the quick to come out, inspect and replace our roof at a very competitive price, they were extremely neat about it. Once all the shingles had been removed, they walked the entire yard surrounding our house to make sure nothing was left that could damage the lawn or the lawn mower. I was even more impressed when we called to have them check out where a leak was coming from over a year later, and not only did the person come prepared to do any repair, he showed up on a Saturday night after 7pm because there were some storms coming in and he wanted to make sure things were good before hand. Luckily it was that a vent cap had gotten blown off in the last big storm we had and they gentlemen was able to take care if it in no time flat. I have dealt with many repair people, having owned a home for years, and very few would I take the time to write a review and say Thank you for a job well done. There arent many companies that treat their customers with such respect anymore. It is a delight to see that Croixco Construction is one of the best.

In 2013 our home sustained significant damage from a hailstorm. We secure the services of Croixco after seeing the results of work theyd done for one of our neighbors. The work was covered by our insurance company and Croixco was helpful by providing detailed estimates on both labor and material. Due to our homeowners association rules it was also important that the new materials matched the original and Croixco worked to make this possible. In the end we were very satisfied with the work provided by Darren and his staff at Croixco. Last winter we noted a leak in our 2nd floor ceiling. Since the roofing materials were warrantied for 20 year we contacted Croixco to see if there was a problem with the roofing work. Bart stopped by and inspected our crawlspace and assessed the problem and determined that condensation was being created by a broken flue leading from our furnace to the roof. Thankfully, the issue was not associated to Croixcos work and they even referred us to reputable contractors for the repairs. Thanks again to Croixco!

I was completely satisfied with my experience with Croixco. I had wind damage to my siding and roof. Darren from Croixco managed the entire process. This included two meetings with the insurance adjuster, during which Darren identified areas of damage that the insurance estimator (and I) had overlooked. He also provided very helpful input on replacement materials and outlined the anticipated schedule to have the repairs completed. He and Martha always kept me apprised of "next steps" along the way. The work crew was very efficient and professional, soliciting my input on my preferences for how to deal with specific aspects of the work. The area around the house was kept clear of clutter at the end of each day. The work was completed in a very timely fashion. In short, I was extremely pleased with the end result and have no reservations about recommending Croixco.
