I found this business on line and went strictly w/ the reviews that others had posted. I am pleased to say that all the other reviews were spot on. Richie was prompt and upfront w/the sump pump issue and was able to repair/replace it in under 2 hours. He even went beyond the call of duty to make sure that the vent stack to my water heater was correctly pitched and identified a potential risk of carbon monoxide when he found a hole in the wall where the vent leads into...thank you thank you. Kudos for being an experienced service tech w/the knowledge to explain things in laments terms for some of us who have "no idea". I would highly recommend his business and will definitely be calling him first for any other issues (hopefully none) if the need arises. Thanks again for a job well done. Michael S. When looking to hire someone to do work on my home I tend to rely on recommendation and since Hydro Dynamics was highly recommended by two coworkers who I trust I decided to call them. I found that Richie was easy accessible and flexible with the times and dates I could meet with him. I have already used him on three different occasions. Each time he has come out he has taken the time to explain what it is that he is seeing with the plumbing and he explains the different options ( if there are some) that there are to remedy the situation. Richie has followed up each time that I have worked with him which was very nice of him to do and I appreciated. I trust the work that has been done. I would definitely recommend Hydro Dynamics and intend to use them in the future.

Hydro Dynamics Plumbing Sewer & Drainage, Inc. was very prompt and efficient. I called early in the day and Richie was able to come to the within the same day. Initially I was worried that I would need to replace my toilet due to water leaking on the floor. Richie kindly pointed out that it wasnt a faulty toilet but a leaky valve that connected to the tank. I was relieved and surprised that I didnt need to replace the toilet. This was the first time a plumbing company had saved me money by not having unnecessary repairs or purchases. I had a problem with a toilet and could not use it. I called Hydro Dynamics and had the most amazing experience . Richie scheduled us as soon as he could, was very professional from the first contact and was at our home at the exact time he said he would be. He fixed our problem, walked us through what he was doing and knew exactly what was needed!! No question about his knowledge and experience being superior. WOW! These are the exact words that I am left with after the visit from Hydro Dynamics. I had a main line problem where the water was getting backed up in my catch basin. Rich came out and walked me through the whole process of the work to be done. Shortly thereafter my pipes were clear and we had water flowing again. I will highly recommend Hydro Dynamics to all of my family and friends. Its hard to find a company now a days who will go above and beyond for the customer. Fantastic experience with Hydro Dynamics Plumbing. My sewer ejector pump went bad and these guys had excellent reviews on Google, so I called them up. Richie gave me a courtesy call indicating when he will be at our house, was prompt, explained everything in details and did a quick and efficient job replacing the pump and the check valve.
