These guys are top-notch. Im selling my home and the buyers inspector noticed my kitchen sink had a couple problems: the disposal was somewhat-clogged and the cold water valve under the sink was stuck. I could either give them $250 at closing or hire a plumber to have it fixed myself. Being lazy, I opted for the $250. Unfortunately, the disposal clog got so bad that I had to have it fixed myself. I called Good Guys and they sent out Ray right away. Ray not only unclogged the disposal; he thoroughly cleaned out all the drains all for less than the $250 I was gonna give the home buyer. Happy that my sink was clog-free and cost me less than I was expecting, I sent the receipt to the home buyer and they responded "what about the cold water valve?" Dangit, I was so focused on the clog, I forgot that part! I texted Ray and he came a fixed the cold water valve free of charge! Amazing customer service, these guys! Could not recommend more!

Our family has had more than its fair share of car and house problems over the years; and when something happens, like a leak in your plumbing that has water squirting through the seams of your kitchen floor, and another leak soaking the carpet in front of your bathroom door, you start to panic. You start freaking out. At least, I know I did. All I can say is, thank God I stumbled upon these two good guys, Dominic and his brother Ray S. I mean, they truly are the epitome of the “good guy” you are looking for. They are reliable, hardworking, and very sociable. Within minutes of talking with them and seeing how they worked, I knew we were lucky to have found them. I only wish I could have recorded the whole process. It was quite impressive. In the end, the leaks were found and fixed—both well within our budget. Thank you so much Dominic & Ray!!

These guys were quick and efficient. I had a tenant in one of my condos that was having some issues with their toilet. It appeared that the flush valve and flapper needed to be replaced and even though I am many things, a plumber is not one of them. I tried and failed. Given that it was 7:30 pm and also my wifes birthday that night, I had to find a quick solution so I could still make dinner. So I called these guys and within 50 minutes (30 of those minutes was travel time) my tenant was up and running. What a life saver. I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone and will be sure to call them with any future plumbing needs. Thanks guys!

Glad to have finally found a great plumber! Ray came out on Sunday to address a leaky water heater. No extra weekend/emergency charge. They installed a new water heater for me a couple of days later and worked tirelessly to get it done (the job was more complex than normal, and they made sure everything was done how I asked). Price was reasonable, especially considering how quickly they came out to assess the issue and how soon they were able to replace the water heater. They worked cleanly and quickly and the dispatcher and plumbers were easy to communicate with. Heads and shoulders above every other plumber Ive used. Thank you!

I live in a apartment so i pay rent, i had bad back up in the garden unit. My landlord was no where to be found so i panicked. I called around could not reach any plumbers that would come out right away, i specified it was an emergency. I found Good Guys, They came out within the hour pretty quick. They diagnosed the problem pump went out, so they replaced it they also had to rooter a line too. They fixed it! Thank God i found these guys to fix this horrendous problem. They were very helpful they also helped me move stuff which they didnt have to. Thank you Good Guys!!!!

Good Guys Plumbers truly live up to thier name! Thier response time was very quick and they addressed the problem head on right from the start and resolving it in a timely and effective manner. Both techs were very friendly and highly professional, communicating everything as it happened and being very straightforward about everything. They even did a bang up cleaning job and left the situation looking a million times better. Good Guys rock!

I had a bad leak in the first floor of my house that was leaking into the basement and I had no water going to my second floor. I called Good Guys and was told someone would be out in an hour. Well Eddie showed up 20 minutes later and got everything fixed along with some other things we wanted done at a reasonable rate. I definitely will recommend them to my friends and family. I will be calling them for a few other repairs in the future.

I called 4 Plumbers, and EPGG called back and came out right away. The person who came out helped me troubleshoot a leek in my basement. After shutting off different areas of water supplies, we determined the leak was coming from the refrigerator water line. I told him I could replace it, thanks for all the help. He said no problem, gave me his card and left with no charge! I will definitely recommend and use them again!

Nothing like waking up to a cold shower in January! Our water heater was at the end of its life and I was so happy to have the Good Guys answering the phone early on a Saturday morning. Rey came over within a couple of hours, provided a free estimate, returned with a new water heater and replaced the old one. Everything was cleaned up neat and tidy when he left. Great job - will definitely use again.

I highly recommend Good Guys Plumbing. I am always so nervous when calling service companies and never know who I can trust. I was referred to these guys by my neighbor/client who also spoke very highly of them. They really are the "good guys"! They were up front about the cost, very clean, courteous, and knowledgeable. Good Guys save the day! They were able to come out the same day I called. I had a party scheduled for the night and couldnt find anyone to come fix the problem before that night. Thank goodness for the Good Guys. I truly appreciate the work you did and how promptly you came out to fix the problem. You just became my go to plumber, no need to ever search for one ever again. I was very pleased with the service of Good Guys. I called at 5:30 PM and received a follow up call within 30 min. letting me know a plumber could come by 7:30 PM. The guys were polite, efficient and knowledgeable. They fixed my leaking dishwasher that was the result of a botched installation job by hhgregg. The price seemed reasonable. I definitely recommend them and will use them again.

Very pleased with the service. Very affordable, Fast, and efficient professionals. I was up to my ankles bucketing water in my basement from a storm earlier this week. I was a mess, I called this company and they had a plumber at my house within 15min. He fixed my blockage and now I can rest easy knowing I will not flood again. I highly recommend them, hands down best plumbers!
