Bela was hired to fix a main sewer line stoppage in my home. They claimed that they could not reach the obstruction with their 100 ft snake and therefore concluded that the stoppage must be beyond that distance. A second visit with proper equipment would have been a minimum of an additional $375. A second plumber hired fixed the problem. The obstruction was a mere 25 feet down the drain but took about one hour to clean as a lot of sludge was the actual culprit which required a lot of going back and forth with the snake. Bela was hired through my insurance. All they needed to do to get paid was to show up, route the drain to a maximum of 100 feet, and issue a diagnosis. An extra and possible time intensive effort to actually fix the problem was not required. Thats what they did. The other possibility was sending an unqualified technician who could not properly identify the real problem. Whatever the case might have been - both scenarios reflect badly on the company. I would not recommend hiring them if I had to pay for it myself.

This company is absolutely horrible. DO NOT CALL THEM FOR ANY PLUMBING ISSUE YOU HAVE FOR YOUR HOME OR BUSINESS. I have a home-shield warranty, and this was the servicing plumber in my area. I called and left this guy 3 messages over the course of 5 days. He finally called back, said he would "get me in tomorrow" and would call me back that afternoon to let me know the exact time. Well, needless to say he never called, after another voicemail- he called back saying he could get me in in 4 days (my request has been open for over 2 weeks now) After I got upset because of his horrid customer service- he told me he has called me many times throughout the week, which is nothing more than a blatant lie. He then told me to contact my home insurance company to get another contractor on it. They are rude liars- and I would never trust them with any issue with my home. CONSUMER BEWARE!

Then said " OK!!! i will call you back in 2 hours with the new hot water tank." 3 hours go by... No call.. I called him back and he tells me "Oh Im sorry but we can not do the job. Its too big for our company" REALLY ! ! ! ! ! ! And you are a plumbing Company???? By The Way...Thanks for the Call Back... Not a Professional plumbing company.. Beware !!!!!

TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I hired Bella Plumbing to replace a gas line and change some outdoor spigots. The pulmber left 15-20 feet of gas line above the ground and the spigot broke off the day he left. They failed to rectify the situation and indicated that the plumber was a middle man and not necessarily emplyed by Bella. In addition, they charged me $110 for 8 feet of flexible gas line. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL RIP OFF AND SHOULD BE AVOIDED!!!

We had Bela come out via our home warranty, and I will say they know the policies well. So well they will screw you to work it in their favor. Instead of paying the service charge, your claim gets denied and all of a sudden the price has increased 6 times. Get a second opinion - better yet ask them to be put on your no call list.

Bella saved me hundreds of dollars with an estimate from another local plumber. They were able to release a tub cartridge with their expertise. Derek is very professional & honest. Another plumber couldnt release the cartridge & planned to do an extensive & costly repair job. I called Bella & they got it out.

These guys are totally unscrupulous and untrustworthy. Run, dont walk away from Bela Plumbing. They showed up on a service request that I had cancelled (thru an American Home Shield policy) and tried to charge me $75 anyway. These guys are rude, incompetent douchebags.

My water heater was producing no hot water - major problem. It was a difficult problem to figure out, but the Bela plumber kept at it in a step-by-step fashion, and finally got it fixed. They were definitely worth the money.

This company sends out plumbers that are not even licensed or certified. I know this for a fact. They also pay their workers cash to keep them off the books. Beware of this company!!!
