On Dec 29, 2016 Mr. Fisher came to fix a leaking bath tub faucet for us. He was very nice and friendly and went to the bathroom & look at the faucet. He then asked me what kind of faucet it was. Of course, I didnt know. Our house was built in the 60s but the faucet had been change since then. He then went in the pantry where you could look at the pipes behind the tub. There was a door which you would need a screw driver to remove it so I offered him a screw driver but he instead pried open one corner & looked in. I told him a few years ago my husband & nephew had done some repair work & got the parts at Hardware City. I called my husband & asked him what part he got & he said he didnt know it was the last one. My husband said we might just need a new faucet. So Mr Fisher then quoted me a price of 732.00 to replace the pipes in the wall & the faucet which would have a lifetime warranty on the shower value cartridge. I said no way we would pay that much that we were going to remodel the bathroom at a later time. The charge for the service call was 69.00. I gave him 70.00 in cash which he gave me an electronic receipt for. After he left I was upset that I had paid 70.00 & still had a leaking faucet. I called the office & the girl said for me to wait & she would talk with her manager & Mr Fisher who was at the office. There office is 2 blocks from my house. The girl was very nice & told me they never refund money, that they wanted my future business & the company would take the hit for it.She explained that different faucets have their own cartridge. I was shocked she would tell me the company would have to take a hit so I told her to just keep the money. My husband took a picture of our faucet this morning and went to Hardware City and told a young girl there that our faucet was leaking. She told him how to take the faucet off & how to take out the cartridge which he took to her and she sold him a replacement cartridge for 23.00. No more leaking faucet! This is my first review ever! But I felt like Mr Fisher should have had more knowledge about the plumbing fixtures than me. That is the reason I called a plumber! January 3. Got a refund check for $70.00 in the mail today. Thank You !

We had been without plumbing for almost 2 weeks due to a clog backing up the whole home. We had been using our home on the other-side of town for showers / toilet and to bring fresh water back. We were desperate and miserable when we called Franklin. We were also still on a budget for repairs. Our tech with Ben Franklin stayed with the job all day long and worked hard by himself to diagnose and clear. He ended up having to remove both toilets and run a snake and drain king on both levels of the home. Tech also quoted us a great price on replacing the cast iron plumbing which we plan to have done in the near future. The bill for the repair was low and it was a huge relief to be able to take showers and run water without fear of everything backing up. Franklin is now our family plumber if we have any future plumbing needs.

We were having problem with a switch on our pump. My husband called Friday evening and he got to talk with a real person. Within 20 minutes we had an appointment for the next morning. Justin came by, access the problem. Although it wasnt a plumbing problem he told me what part needed to be replaced, took pictures on my phone so I could send them to my Husband at work. And said he was very confident from conversations hed had with my husband, that Karl could fix it. On the way home from work he picked up the part and did indeed fix it. Justin was extremely polite, professional, friendly, etc. We now have a plumber that we will definitely use in the future AND recommend to our friends and family. Thank you!!!!!!

I cant praise JUSTIN FISHER enough. He arrived for what was to have been an annual plumbing checkup and instead spent plenty of time addressing a not-yet-urgent toilet problem. His attention to detail, his demeanor, and his patience in dealing with an elderly customer made the entire visit totally productive, and in retrospect, a pleasure. He returned on another day to complete the interrupted inspection, and it too was professionally and thoughtfully done. He went the extra mile on this job. This young man is welcome back in our home at any time. In fact, i intend to request him when I call Benjamin Franklin Clarksville in the future. We are lucky to have him on our team!! We called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing due to a leaky faucet and Riley R at customer service took care of us very promptly and courteously. Billy J was the technician sent; he was very friendly, informative, personable, and though he does not have many years of experience, he is a hard worker with a very positive attitude that WILL get the job done. He ran into a bit of a challenge with a part (a diverter) that would not fit, but in the end another of their plumbers (Mike) came in and helped him out to fix our faucet. The whole experience was very pleasant and because of this we will continue to do business with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and recommend them to others.

My wife and I were at a wedding this weekend and when we came back Sunday afternoon we found that one of our pipes to our downstairs bathroom had Bursted. There was water in our kitchen and in our floors and our walls we called Benjamin Franklin plumbing in Clarksville. They had someone out here within the hour, he diagnosed the problem within seconds, fixed it and even gave me some advice and guidance for the next step as far as repairs and future maintenance to avoid problems like this. My experience with Benjamin Franklin plumbing was great Justin was super helpful and made the process a lot easier on me and my wife.

First let me say this company is amazing. Kevin the Plumber as we call him came to my house right away when I called and said there was a problem. Over the course of the next week Kevin went above and beyond his line of service to ensure that my familys problem was corrected. His work ethic is outstanding and he is very easy to talk to. He ensured everything would be done correctly and in a timely manner. If it wasnt for Benjamin Franklin Plumbing I would be up to my neck in crap. When I contacted, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing I was able to get a same day appointment to determine the issue I was having with my hot water valve to my washer. Cole the Service Professional was able to quickly diagnose the problem and provided 3 options to choose from in order to fix it. The options ranged from a couple hundred dollars to almost 700 and not once was he pushy on which to choose. Less then a few days later when he had the parts he was in and out in a flash and we have hot water to our washer again. Cole was a gentleman throughout the experience and was also very friendly.
