For several years, our family has used SUPERIOR PLUMBING & DRAIN for various needs. REMODELING: We remodeled our kitchen and master bathroom. Owner, Robert Polk, is knowledgeable and gives great advice and ideas on how to place fixtures and materials to use. He will make recommendations that will help save money for now and later. GAS: Robert was able to diagnose and fix problems and install our gas stove. He also installed our gas logs in our living room. HOT WATER HEATER: Robert delivered and installed our new hot water heater. He also made recommendations and repairs on various elements in our home when we were getting it ready to sell. EMERGENCY: Robert understands that situations occur outside of typical working hours. He has helped our family on more than one occasion with emergent plumbing situations that could not wait until Monday. SUPERIOR PLUMBING & DRAIN is the only plumbing company our family will ever use in Birmingham. Robert Polk, owner, gives great honest advice and reliable service. Our water heater went out on a Monday, I called a couple of places to get quotes and ask a few questions. When I spoke with Robert from Superior Plumbing & Drain, he was courteous and knowledgeable. His quote was cheaper than other plumbing companies I spoke with and he could do it the next day. He arrived at 12pm and was finished by 1pm. He was professional and very friendly. As he was writing out our receipt, I asked him about replacing our garbage disposal, he flipped the switch and said it was just stopped up. He went to his truck and brought back a turn key and with a simple turn the disposal was working again. I would recommend Superior Plumbing & Drain for all your plumbing needs. We need several faucets replaced and we will definitely be calling Robert and Superior Plumbing.

I am impressed with the dedication and professionalism of the owner of this company, Robert Polk. I called Superior Plumbing and Drain to replace an old gas water heater that had busted in my garage. Robert and his team already had a full day of work scheduled, but because we had no hot water for a family of five, he agreed to personally come out that night and replace it for me. He did excellent work. Everything looked neat, clean, and professional. I talked with Robert at length as he installed the unit, and I must say that he is a very personable man who appears to genuinely care about his customers satisfaction. I am certain that I will be hiring him for any future plumbing issues I have.

I picked Superior Plumbing online because of the high number of positive Google reviews, and can only add another 5 stars rating. Robert was tied up with another job when I called, but quoted me a price for my backed up kitchen plumbing right up front, and said an associate could be there within a few hours. Brandon called shortly before arriving, was exceptionally polite and professional, took care not to make a mess, cleaned up all evidence of his visit, and took plenty of time to make sure the blockage was truly cleared. I will definitely call Superior again

I called Superior Plumbing & Drain based off the Google Reviews like the one I am posting. I had a difficult issue which they dealt with promptly and effectively. They were at my front door when expected. They were kind, courteous, and professional. They diagnosed and fixed a difficult leak. I felt like the price was more than fair. I was very impressed with this company and I will definitely use them again. It was very obvious by the way that both plumbers (Brandon and Robert) conducted themselves that their reputation is important to them.

I called this guy for service and he said "im going to pass on this call" and I asked him why he was passing and he gave some half hearted answer about not wanting to work for a maintenance company and that especially on a PR valve (which is a typical plumbing item). I wanted to speak again and he hung up on me during the call.I tried to immediately call him back and he ignored my call 2 times. Terrible.

I had a couple of plumbing issues that i called to get fixed. Superior plumbing had a fast response and was able to schedule me in later in the day even though they were booked full for the day. The plumber showed up on time after his usual working hours and was quick at finding and fixing the problem. i will use superior plumbing again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

Super company! Technician, owner, and receptionist are fantastic and VERY helpful. Everyone I spoke to from my first call to make an appointment, to the completion of my plumbing repair was very professional. They arrived on time for the appointment, found the source of a water leak, and repaired it quickly and efficiently. EXCELLENT, QUALITY WORK. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!
