Ive been coming to this salon since it opened, which I believe has to be approximately 15 years at least. I remember sitting with my Mom and younger brother after school waiting during busy hours to get that super short private school hair cut haha. Almost every time Ive been here its been a positive experience though, especially as Ive gotten older and experimented with different styles. The staff seems to range from really experienced stylists who can do almost anything to beauticians with fresh certifications. Theyve been quite polite and pleasant in conversation the majority of the time--if theres still the stylist who has a lot of piercings and bright colored hair there, you are phenomenal at cutting hair and great to talk with (AFI fans for life! haha)--but there have been a few occasions of snippiness with stylists over the years with the ever changing staff, and everyone has bad days. Ive been satisfied with or excited about my haircut 90% of the time Ive had my hair cut here, which is basically every time. Perfection is impossible, and this level of quality coming from a chain hair salon with affordable prices is impressive. Definitely deserving of a 5-star rating.

I went here to get my hair cut and was happy there were no people waiting. I approached the counter and was told an hour wait. SAY WHAT!! Apparently people checked in online and I was told I had to wait and see if they would show up.! Maybe you guys should just set appointments from now on and not call your place a walk in. No problem, I went elsewhere and got right in, got a great haircut at SUPERCUTS. And they gave me a half off for my next haircut. See you next month SUPERCUTS.

I came here for the first time yesterday and really liked the staff. They were courteous, and they listened very well to what you wanted to get done. They also did not rush my cut. Of course its a chain/franchise so the price is always good (compared to 30-50 dollars in the city where I live). Ill be going here more often!

Online check-in cuts wait time down. Staff is always upbeat and courteous. We have found our favorite stylist here (Claudia) and will be hard pressed to find someone anywhere else!
