Not so great clips. Went there at 10am and when I arrived the lady came from the back looking as if I was bothering her. I learned quickly why this place was empty. I sat down and explained what I wanted. As she started cutting she asked what I was up to for the day. I answered but she wasnt listening and did not respond to what I said (now Im not saying Im the most interesting guy in world but dont ask if you dont care...) the rest of the haircut took place in awkward silence. She worked at the fastest pace possible...the whole haircut lasted about 5 min. No attention to detail or making sure I was happy with it which I was not and have a ridiculous amount of loose hairs and unevenness throughout. When she finished all she said was "better". I lied and said "yes". Truthfully its the worst haircut I have ever recieved (it looked better pre-cut which I didnt know was possible) and close to the worst customer service. Luckily for her I dont enjoy confrontation so I still tipped $5 but I would be lying if I said it didnt hurt a little on the inside filling out that tip on the receipt. To top it off as Im leaving after she sees she just got the most undiserved tip ever she got a big smile on her face and said "thanks! Have a good night".....its was 10 in the morning... Im sure there are good hairstylists there but I feel bad for them because Courtney is losing them business. First and last time I go there.

I was pressured into giving a tip by one of the women who worked there. After my haircut she wouldnt give me my receipt until i gave her a tip. Service is okay on the other hand, but the workers need to have higher respect for their customers.
