Great to deal with from the "get go". I submitted my request online. I received an email acknowledgement, along with an email with packing tips. The next day I received a call, great conversation reviewing the prices, how the insurance works, information on boxes and packing materials, etc. After interviewing 3 companies I decided to go with Two Men and A Truck. They called when they were about 15 minutes away (as promised). Came in, introduced themselves. Pleasant, easy to talk to...and most importantly were very considerate of my 87 year old father. They saw how I joked with my father, so they threw a few jokes in there with him...he loved it! He had questions on how they were packing things up, they took the time to explain everything. They were very patient with him. Got everything into the truck and then at the apartment, got it all unloaded and they put everything where we wanted it. They even moved a couple of boxes when dad changed his mind. They went out of their way for him. That was so important and impressive to me. Thank you!

We recently hired Two Men and Truck for our move. The office staff was very pleasant in the beginning, they answered the phone, the communication was good, email confirmations, going room by room with the list of items to be moved, the number of bins and confirming the move, etc. HOWEVER, when you are calling about a recent move they do not bother answering your call and/or calling you back. It is not my fault that when the movers arrived on the day of our move with a rental truck because there own truck broke down. They did not complete our move because the rental truck was too small. I have called and left voice messages since the day of our move without any kind of response from Two Men and Truck. I paid them a small fortune to move our belongings, I did my part by informing them of everything that needed to be moved but Two men and Truck did not do theres. Two Men and Truck did not complete the move and do not return phone calls when you have a problem with the service you received. .

Started out really professional, nice, overly charming at times. Careful to ensure thinks were packed well. Towards the 2nd third of the move, two of the guys started slowing down, and it felt purposeful. And, one guy kept up a normal or busy pace. Want to use again, but I would want a different team. Overall, I will give a second opportunity. Back office team set things up really well, very personable.

I have used Two Men And A Truck for two different moves. There is no chance Id go with any other company. In this day and age, when you find people that are highly competent, courteous, knowledgeable about what theyre doing and great to do business with, you stick with them! I would refer them to anyone I know who wants to have a great moving experience.
