The coaches...ESPECIALLY SHEILA!The workout is also pushing me but molded to me. There is no judgement and the people you workout with, are part of your team. They cheer you on and support you. You do not get that at any other gym. I am really glad I went from one workout a week to unlimited and I cannot wait to see where OTF takes me with my goals!
