If you schedule a time for them to show up, just assume they will get to you three weeks later. If you have a problem with the work done its someone elses fault. And if you even had a thought they would stand behind their work, haha better rethink it. I almost forgot: if you receive a bid price from Roland tack on 30-40% in extra cost. By far the worst contractor I have ever delt with.
