You get what you pay for! This company has always had the lowest prices but we will never use them again. We have used this rental company to rent tents, tables, and moonwalk for the last 3 years and have continued to have problems with their service. Each year I say we arent going to use them and then we give them another chance. All three years they did not come at the time they indicated and above all, they did not have all the correct items with them. Due to the past problems, we told them we wanted them to set up the tent the night before our event so that we wouldnt have timing issues the day of the event with decorating. The tent was delivered and set up but was missing the sides and they didnt bring some of the tables and benches. These were delivered only 4 hours prior to the start of our event and the reason given is because we received a big discount. The next day, they were supposed to come to get everything after 3:30. In the evening, they called and asked us if they could pick everything up the next morning. We said OK but the items had to be picked up by 10am since the lawn maintenance crew was coming and they cant mow with a 20x40 tent and tables in the yard. Tent and tables were not removed again at the time indicated/promised and they are still there. We will elect to pay more and use another company next year as it isnt worth the stress before a big event. I guess 3 strikes and youre out.

If I could give them zero stars I would my son got stuck in the side of a dirty bouncy house with a dirty needle they are not clean I would never let my child back in a bouncy from them !!!! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE
