Several weeks ago I got the timing belt and water pump replaced here and I was, at that time, pleased with their customer service. The car drove different, good different. About three days after that service the car started making squealing noises and the drive of the car changed back to before the service. About a week to two weeks later the car stopped and turned off in the middle of an intersection. Then a few days later started to jerk forward from a stop. I was going to take the car in since this all started after their service but their hours didnt work with my work schedule, especially since they told me that I had to leave the car all day. I finally had days off to take the car in this Wednesday so I did. I told the owner the issue and he seemed ok and helpful. On Thursday, the next day, I got a call early in the AM and Jesus told me that I needed an evap part (my engine light was on) but I knew that. The part that I need doesnt effect the drive of the car, just the ability to pass emissions and he even told me that. I asked about the issues I took the car in for and he said it cost to look further into it. (They had it all day Wednesday and the issue I took it in for hadnt even been looked at and I wasnt contacted to be told of this additional cost for an issue that started after their service) but he said that engine was making a noise and it sounded like it was misfiring, but it would cost to look further into it. I mentioned that it was also a symptom that started after the new timing belt and water pump replacement and if they could be related and he said, "yes. Its very likely." He then asked where I got it done and when I told him at his location then all of a sudden they were COMPLETELY unrelated. Thats very suspicions that its, all of a sudden, not at all related. That the engine misfiring was all of sudden unrelated to the timing belt replacement after I mentioned his location did it. Wow! He really tried backtracking on his own words. Theres definitely dishonesty here. I dont really plan on going back.

The Good Very friendly people. If you are like me and dont know much about cars... This is the place to go. The location is clean. Fresh coffee always available. Clean bathrooms. They also offer transportation to your home or work location. The driver is very cool and friendly. Hell drop you off at your doorstep. The Not So Good Great service in this case means the customer will pay for it. A bit pricier than your average shop in the area. When you get combined services (i.e. Oil Change + Breaks) ensure all services are done.
