I took my Volvo in for an oil change and then found out that they had a special for $34.95 which included tire rotation. Good deal, so I thought. I was there for 2 hours and my tires never got rotated because my tire with the bad valve stem was still in the front as it was when I brought it in. They took me because I am a woman w/children trying to maintain my car, yet they took advantage of me!! Never will I go to a Midas again, especially this one!

Fantastic service goes the extra mile friendly and working people sensitive. They fixed stuff I knew were a problem (hood latch) without charge cause they new it needed fixing. However, it was a 40 second adjustment no parts involved,IE they care they dont give away free stuff! They care about the situation.

Had an 8am appointment for an oil change that lasted 1.5 hours and while I was waiting I could see all the guys standing in the shop talking instead of working on the care they had in the bays. Needless to say probably will never be returning.

the guy who did my brakes and coolant flush took a very long time (4hrs) and constantly ask coworkers for advice. it seems to be in training(in my opinion) not sure if he did my courtesy check up. for me,my worse experiance since my 1st visit.

This place was good! Tom, the mechanic, was great! He was knowledgable and found more things wrong but didnt charge me for the knowledge. Reasonable prices great service. Ill go back again.
