Service is good until after you pay them. After you pay they simply walk away from you while you are talking to them. Dave has something to learn about customer service, I have never been that insulted after spending over $1000 getting new tires. After spending all that money and 4 visits to get the tpms to work he finally tells us that they cannot reset the system and we would have to go to the dealer. When I told him he should have told us that before they worked on the car and telling my wife that it would reset itself, which is a lie, he simply said "lets say that was our mistake" turned around and walked away. They also did a front end alignment and now the front end is squeaking they simply said they cannot duplicate but if you drive the car fir more than 5 feet you can here it squeak. So basically we spent over 1000 dollars and got 4 new tires but now the front end squeaks and the tpms does not work and this place thinks its ok to simply turn around and walk away. Stay away from this place!

I had a bad experience with them, after having been a loyal customer. I found them very short with me and could care less that I left empty handed when I needed some help removing the lug nuts on my car. Lug nuts they put on with a new set tires 3 years ago. To be fair I was a walk in and was under the impression it would quick, easy with the right tools, and free of charge. Skip the owner contacted me after I left and explained they were busy that Friday afternoon, but agreed I should not have been sent away without an offer of an appointment to give me some help. In the end it turned out to be true it took only a few minutes when I finally got the help, and because of everything Skip said "no charge". If you have an issue with NWA staff ask to speak to Skip, if its reasonably within his power to correct the situation he will. NWA is a honest and quality shop which are hard to find, so I will go back NWA even after this small mishap.

My wife and I have been customers at this shop for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. They employ highly trained technicians and the rates are very reasonable. I have never thought that they were trying to "upsell" me on anything (i.e., they dont try to sell parts you dont need). My wife feels comfortable coming to this shop alone and has always been treated well by the staff. Being a "computer geek" I appreciate the fact they they always have the latest equipment (this is important since nearly every car now has a computer onboard).

I came here by recommendation from Ernies as they were backed up. Had fuel system work done on an older Ford Ranger. Repair was preformed in a timely manner. Communication was straight forward and the estimate was clear and accurate. Didnt interact with the mechanic at all which I prefer but maybe Im spoiled by small town rural shops. Labor was reasonable with a very fair 12k/12 month guarantee. Prices on a few of the parts were a bit inflated but I would go back.

One of the worst experiences Ive ever had with a company. I would advise to stay away from them. Theyre very short with you and act as if they could care less whether they get your business or not. Your best bet is to look somewhere else. ***WARNING: Beware of the high ratings. Im sure its company employees posting those because multiple people Ive spoken with that have dealt with them say exactly what are in the negative ratings.***

While I was visiting relatives in Zion, my car broke down. My uncle, whod had previous experience with this shop, recommended I have it towed here. I wish we had a shop like this where I live!!! They not only quoted a fair and accurate price and finished the work on time and on budget, but they explained what was wrong with it to me in PLAIN ENGLISH. If I break down again in Zoin, I know where Ill be going.

I have been coming here for over10 years!! love the punch card for oil changes as Ive gotten a few free ones in the past. also love that most of the time i dint need an appointment to get an oil change. Mariska is always helpful in mentioning ads if they are available. they have always been honest & fair to me which means more than getting a cheaper deal. my whole family comes here now!
