DONT USE THEM, THEY WILL CHEAT YOU. They towed my car and said theyd be able to fix the timing belt. I told them I was short on money (just got out of the military and didnt have a job yet) and told them to please keep it cheap as possible, but if the timing belt had to be fixed then do it. Also told them to call me with ANY other repairs that needed to be done. They promised me theyd do it and said they understood that I was in a financial situation, but needed the car. A week later I pick up the car only to find that on top of the timing belt theyve replaced every other belt, my water pump (which they said MIGHT leak in the future, which is why they replaced it), and some radiator hoses that Id already replaced myself a few months earlier. I asked them why they did all these repairs ($1000 worth) without my permission, and they said they just thought it needed to be done. Then they told me I could pay them the money and get my car, or not pay and never get my car back. I called Geico and they said I was pretty much stuck, so I had to pay. Well the worst part is that today (less than a week later) Im driving on the interstate and my car starts overheating. The parts they replaced somehow screwed up and now my car is overheating. I recently replaced the thermostat, hoses, and radiator NOT EVEN 6 MONTHS AGO and havent had a problem since. Now they replace items I already had replaced and suddenly my car wont run again. THEY ARE THIEVES AND CROOKS. THEY WONT FIX YOUR CAR, AND THEY WILL CHARGE YOU EXTRA FOR THINGS YOU TOLD THEM NOT TO DO. Trust me, using them would be the biggest mistake you could make. I mean seriously, who lies to and cheats a military veteran who is in the process of finding a job, and needs the car to start work? They are the lowest of the low and will scam anyone.

This is one of the best shops in Milwaukee. I took my 87 Porsche 944 to a few shops prior to RK where I was told a week later they lacked the knowledge and skills to repair my car. Finally took my Porsche to RK Motors and they were able to repair it within days of arriving. Since then for the past 7 years Ive only done business with RK motor as my preferred repair shop. Currently my 07 Dodge Charger R/T is there and I have the peace of mind knowing the repairs will be done professionally and correctly on top of their labor rates being very reasonable. The owner and his crew are excellent. I recommend this shop to all of my friends and family.

JS Mazda March 24, 2012 I have been going to RK Motors since 2009 and have never had a single problem with any repair. They fix only what I ask them to fix but do also let me know when they see things that will soon need repair. The owner, Anthony, is very accommodating and always finds time to fit me in when something happens unexpectedly, and they are very helpful with rides to/from work, if need be. I have been to other repair shops on the East Side, and their rates are comparably reasonable.

Went to them as a recommendation from a close friend, and had multiple wonderful experiences. One time they even took me and picked me up from work while my car was being repaired. Ive never felt cheated. I thought their suggestions were always in my best interest. I have not driven in three years, but Im planning to purchase a used car soon. I know Ill be taking it to them to get a thorough once over.

Rude and misinforming. Had to be one of the most unpleasant staffs Ive ever seen, and told me I needed a part, but then told me it was the wrong one after I went out and bought it. He blamed someone else for that. I had bought the exact part he wanted. Absolute waste of my time, and wouldnt go back or even ask for a tow ever again.

Far from reasonable prices. They tried charging me 700$ for two new break calipers. Come to find out nothing was wrong with my break calipers. In fact all I needed was break pads and rotors costing me under 200$ somewhere else. Complete SCAM!
