Jenkins Auto Repair provided me with amazing customer service. The first thing I did was look up repair shops in my area, and when i called Jenkins the first thing Phil asked was if I needed someone to come get me and the car. From the beginning they were very kind to me. They updated me on my vehicle daily, and always called with estimates prior to continue working on my vehicle. The estimates were reasonable for the work required on my car, and were spot on with my end bill. Phil also sent me a vodeo to my cell phone to bettwr show and help me underatnd the damage that occured. I feel they went above and beyond to help me, and they were compassionate and understanding of my needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing service on their car.

Jenkins used to be my go to repair shop. Took my Honda Passport to them because something was going wrong with the transmission. After a couple of hundred dollars the transmission was repaired. Wrong. Within 2 weeks, the Honda went back in for the same problem. Now the bill was $300. Everything was fine for 2 weeks. The transmission was acting up again. Instead of taking back to Jenkins, it went to the dealer. All the sensors in the transmission and had to have the transmission overhauled for $3000. I dont know if Jenkins caused the complete failure or if they were just putting band aids on my car when it needed surgery. I have never returned.

I took my vehicle into Jenkins after someone else screwed it up. I was told the valves in my engine were bent and needed replaced. The cost for them to do this was $3000.00. I took it for a second opinion. I was informed the very next morning it was the timing belt that was not put on properly. He had it running in a matter of an hour. There was no engine damage. I took it to a engine rebuild specialist. I was very shocked and disturbed that Jenkins was taking advantage of me. How in the world could they diagnose something so wrong?? Beware!!!!! Always get a second opinion

I got stuck in Greenfield on my way back to school. My rear drum brakes broke and I could not go anywhere. I took it to Monro Muffler and Brake, because it was a Sunday and they were the only ones open. They tried screwing me over, so I had it towed to Jenkins. He was a little pricey, but he did the job right. They even drove me back and forth to and from my hotel. Monro made me walk two miles to my hotel... In the rain. Phil is a great guy and Id recommend him.
