This place is run by a bunch of monkeys. Seriously, they have been taking advantage of any poor sucker who seeks their "services." Not only are they a total rip-off & will milk you for every penny you have, but they are hardly qualified to be mechanics. I dont even think these people know how to turn a computer, let alone fix a car. I took my car in to get my trigger for my windshield wiper fixed & they made it WORSE. When I took it back because THEY didnt fix it right, they still expected me to pay! Were having an issue with them right now. Theyve had my grandfathers car for 5 days now & have yet to give us an update on even the diagnosis. They told my grandfather that they were using his car to get & get parts....UM, since when is it acceptable to use a CUSTOMERS car to run your errands? My sister (a certified Honda mechanic) asked them if they thought that was appropriate, to which the man she spoke to responded, "Yeah, I do." He then demeaned my sister & questioned her as a mechanic in a condescending & immature way. It doesnt matter what she is, YOURE SUPPOSED TO BE FIXING A CAR!!!!!! These people are flat out moronic. Theyve let my grandpas car sit in their lot & rot for 5 days, except when they need to run errands. STAY FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR AWAY!!!!! I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau....they are horrible people!

I was very excited when finding the emission test location close to home. But the guy who performed the test really did not know what he was doing, he was so frustrated and using F* word the whole time. Finally, he gave me a fail result. I asked him what was wrong, he said he doesnt know and told me not come back till I sent the car to the repair shop he recommended. With my doubts, I drove to Joliet right after and passed the test right there. My advice if you dont want waste time and treated disrespectful, skip this place.

They are terribly slow. Never never ever go here. They got many things wrong and i dont even now if their qualified to do their job. A bad business altogether and they take way to long. I advise take your money and go to any other place but here.
