Chuck was easy to work with and schedule a routine service and a few small repairs. He even reset the maintenance warning in my wifes Lexus which I fully expected a non-Lexus dealership mechanic to miss. Completely reasonable and transparent pricing. No attempted upsells of marginally valuable additional services. Im really not sure how much more you could ask of a small local shop. Hes flexible, does what he says hell do, and makes sure theres no surprises. If you are local, youd be crazy not to at least give a Chuck a call.

My driver side windshield wiper decided to go haywire and stop working on my way to work one morning. I pulled over googled nearby automotive repair places and found nothing but good things about west automotive. I pulled in and explained my situation. Chuck gladly came out took a look, and 5 minutes later (at most) problem was fixed. I asked him what I owed, and he didnt even want to take anything! Thank you again! They definitely gained my future automotive business and I will highly recommend them to anyone I know!

Chuck and his crew do an amazing job at a reasonable price. Have had major body work done on two vehicles and they both looked like new when done. Additionally have had my car in many times for a mixture of issues and he has always diagnosed and fixed them quickly and right the first time. The ONLY guy i trust with my cars would tow it 40 miles to make sure they take care of it.

I brought my car here for a second opinion a few weeks ago regarding the air conditioner not working. Chuck and his team were able to fix it for a small fraction of the price. I am really pleased with their work and highly recommend.

Great. Ive been having work done here since I could drive, and thats only because my Dad went there since before I was born. Theyre always fair, and do good work. I would send anyone I knew there for work that needs to get done.

Went here for the first time some years ago after a bad experience at another place in downtown Elmhurst. Got the problem fixed and have been going to West ever since. Chuck and his crew are top notch and highly recommended.

Ive had body work done here twice and Ive been satisfied both times. They made relatively quick work and did a great job repairing some cosmetic issues with my car. Good stuff!

I would definitely go back as they were friendly and saved me over $850 from what sears told me was wrong. Found out from them all it was is a loose bolt and thats all
