Worst place ever!! I wouldnt even recommend this place to my worst enemy.. I spoke with tom nice guy at first asked him how much would he charge me. So he can install some lug nuts on my truck because, I had a few missing. He said its fine I wont charge you for that. I was like wow thats really nice of him. My wife took in the truck they installed the lug nuts. Tom found out that the right rear tire had three stripped wheel studs so, they didnt install those lug nuts. I spoke with tom over the phone about what was going on. We decided to bring the truck on later date to fix the problem with the right rear wheel. This all happened on Wednesday the 19th. Thursday the 20th I noticed that the right rear wheel cover for the lug nuts was missing. So my wife calls spoke with tom. She explained to him what happened. He said the truck left with all four lug nut covers but, he would check if he saw it laying around. That was it for that day. Today Friday the 21st. I called asked for tom this time around he wasnt very friendly he was very rude. I asked him if he came across the lug nut cover. He said nope that he checked the cameras and that truck left the shop with all four on the truck. I asked him if I could check the tape that way I knew he was telling me truth. He said no thats private property. I said ok can I speak with your manager. Tom didnt say a word just put on hold and some random guy (Jim) picked up the phone. He was telling me that they dont have the cover. He said he also checked the camera and that the truck came in with three covers and that the right rear cover was already missing and I told him but, tom said that he checked the cameras and that all four covers were on the truck when it left on Wednesday the 19th. So I told Jim youre telling me the cover was already missing but, tom said the truck had all four covers so, who is telling me the truth Jim? I asked jim if I can see the camera video so, I can have piece of mind. He said no thats private property. Guess what he told well we didnt charge you for the lug nuts to be put on. I told him just because, I wasnt charged doesnt mean you can do whatever you want and his reply was I can Im the manager. I was shocked a manager talking to a customer like that. Ive worked in the car business also and I havent heard a manager speak to a customer like that ever. Until today Jim the "manager" is the most unprofessional manager I have ever met. I asked him if theres someone else I can speak with like a district manager he told me no. That I would need to find that info on their website and that wasnt his problem just hung up on me not a goodbye or have a nice day. This guy needs a reality check very rude and very unprofessional. I called back because this guy just hung up on me like nothing. some guy Lou answered I asked him if he can give me a higher up mangers phone he said sure but, he just gave me a name and put me on hold and guess who picked up tom he was very rude and wasnt helpful at all. At the end nothing was resolved with Jim or tom but, thankfully I got in touch with pep boys customer relations. Thats why I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Very poor customer service. It sucks that a couple of people have to ruin a great business reputation like that..

Went to PepBoys last week for a small repair. Some of my experience here. Note: I will never ever go there again (since I have dignity and not a rich person) a) Made me travel 3 times before taking my car for service. They dont know what is appointment (or just lazy). b) Very arrogant. The way the treat customers was very bad. They treated me with a lot of attitude. They ensure that they pick the phone only after it rings for 5 times or they just dont pick. c) Horrible Service. They looked at my car and gave an estimate of $600 (Normal cost outside - $350). I went to Pepboys to save money. But they were simply sucking money from customers.For verifying my car for 15 min, they charged me $55 (no improvements done) d) Poor mechanic, the suggestions given by them was terrible (The mechanic there needs better training). I guess they are some unemployed and joined here as a mechanic. John

I hate this location. Everyone is very rude and Ive had 2 bad times. I went in for a simple head light for my car. The man Toni who helped me gave me an attitude when I told him I need it installed. He then said it would take time and my bumper would have to come off and it would be expensive over $100. I asked him it for just a head light? Then he replied with an Im better than you attitude saying we have to take the bumper off all loud!!! I stepped back and told him thanks for all his help. I left and went to Auto zone. When I walked in the guy was very helpful and said he would install it free of charge. So who are the jerks now? After $18 and a small tip I walked away a happy customer.

My car stopped running on Golf Rd. on a Saturday evening. I called a tow truck and after two hours and the tow truck did not arrive, I called Pep Boys. Their tow truck was there in twenty minutes. They called back that evening and told me I needed a new engine and they were working on an estimate. We decided to trade the car and Bredemann picked up the car from Pep Boys. The dealer confirmed everything Pep Boys had told me about the engine, in addition Pep Boys did not charge me for the evaluation. I could not have been more pleased by the way I was treated by them. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND PEP BOYS TO ANYONE !

We took my fathers car for A/C to be fixed. This was our second time trying to fix the same problem (the precious time we went to a Pep Boys in a different state) and we were irate. Even though this location was not at fault for what happened out of state, the manager Steven Sharp ensured that we were satisfied customers by appropriately adjusting our bill and making sure that the A/C is fixed to the best of their abilities. We had a rough time with Pep Boys in general, but this manager went above and beyond to save the companys name. Totally recommend this location!

I called them on 01/24/2013 to ask how much the oil change would be in my Civic 2013. The lady who answered the phone stated $32.95 but since she had no idea about oil type (0W-20 in these new cars) I double checked and asked for a manager. When he came over the price has changed and when I asked why they cant teach the lady not to waste customers time he stated "I dont have to put up with this" LOL DO NOT USE THIS PLACE, they have NO IDEA about what they are DOING !!! Plus, very UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE !!!
