Brought my vehicle in for an oil change. Asked if it could be done the same day, was told yes, and that it should be ready by about 1pm. At 1:30pm I returned to find my vehicle untouched. I asked for the keys and asked if I could come back in the morning. I decided to bring it back at 7am the next day at the advice of an employee, that way it would be in and out quickly. Arrived the next morning and was told it would take longer than initially thought since theyre booked and short a tech. Apprehensive, I left the vehicle with them and told them I need the vehicle back by no later than 4pm at the very latest. Arrived back at 4:15 to find my vehicle on the lift. My vehicle has sat in the parking lot for a combined 12 hours in the last two days, all for a simple oil change. Whats the point of making appointments if they are not honored? Unprofessional and uncoordinated. I will not be returning here.

I purchased 2 new summer tires from Tire Rack to replace a pair of old ones. This location was a "TOP RATED RECOMMENDED INSTALLER" by Tire Rack and is fairly close to my house so I gave them a call. Got a great quote for demounting and recycling old tires, and mounting and balancing the new ones. They got the whole job done for the price of getting only one tire done at any other place around here. Great value for your money. Other places charge $25-$30 per tire.

I was in need of checking the air on my tires for a trip back to Ohio and this Auto Care gladly checked and added air. There was no charge and they wished us well on our trip back home. Very pleased with such service.
