When I dropped my car off it took over 30 minutes for them to put my information in the system because none of the employees knew how to use it. All I needed was a simple oil change and tire rotation. They promised they would call me as soon it was done. 20 minutes before they were going to close (about 5 hours since I dropped off my car) I still hadnt heard from them. I called them and of course it was ready, it probably had been for hours. A few days later I noticed my car was leaking oil. They not only did the oil change improperly but broke something inside my car. I am surprised it didnt catch fire before I noticed it. I am horrified that they could mess up something so simple. Never taking a vehicle here again.

It took about fifteen minutes to try to get a price quote on a set of tires. I was wanting a quote on a set of four tires of a specific model with all expenses to put them on and get out the door. When I finally got a reply, I was given a price on just one tire, not an installed set which is what I wanted to know. The price per tire was ten dollars more than the price on Walmarts website. I told the person this, and was told "thats just an internet price". I guess I will get the tires from a local tire shop whose price per tire is four bucks cheaper. Always the low price at Walmart ... NOT!

Went to get a oil change just before 2pm. I dont know why I went back after the last time but, when I get there they are shutting down. The guys said come back in a hour. Really!?!? Someone needs to come in and audit them from the Main facility or just totally shut it down. Going to call there main customer service number and express this as well.
