I made an appt with Towne View Auto Clinic last week to bring in my 2001 Ford Escape for an exhaust issue. I arrived at 8:00 a.m. to drop off my car for my scheduled appt on Tuesday Sept 13th. They indicated they would take a look at it and give me a call of what the issue was. By 2:30 p.m. we had not heard anything. My husband went to the business and they indicated it was the next to be on the lift to be looked at. At that time I knew I was not going to have transportation for work so I scrambled trying to get a rental car and that is a whole other story. At any rate, no word from Towne View by close of business on Tuesday. At 8:00 a.m. we expected to pick up the car on Wednesday, however, we find out that the car has not even been diagnosed. At 11:01 a.m. I received a call from Towne View they are not able to repair my vehicle. The part is excessive cost with labor as well as being obsolete. Mind you this is a day and a half after the scheduled appt. Now I have a vehicle that is not repairable and I have lost two days of work because of their inability to pick up the phone on the day that the appt was actually scheduled and inform me of the circumstances. I understand they cannot fix something that cannot be fixed. My issue is the lack of communication and lost time that could have been avoided by a simple phone call. When an appt is made keep that appt time. Customer Service is key in this day and age and I feel they have failed miserably where that is concerned.

They are not even worth one star. They Are rude liars and I may even say thefts. They had my husbands car for a diagnosis check and we got back and it worse than when we left it. I would not trust this place with a toy now.

brough car in for gas issue replaced things charged hundreds n didnt fix the problem misdiagnosed went back wanted another 5 hundred to fix the issue that it was brought in for in the first place would never go back

Meant to post this a couple months ago when we had services completed. Very friendly staff, quick in getting the car in and worked on and fair pricing. They use NAPA parts too. Cant ask for much more than that.

I paid this place $530 and they didnt fix anything on my truck tried to give me $103 back for some labor Im going to sue them in small claims court
