I bought a used Toyota Sequoia. Seven days after the purchase the VSC and TRAC dashboard lights along with check engine light came on. I work close to Moody auto and someone at work had told me they had a good experience there, so I decided to take it to Moody Auto instead of the dealer. It turned out to be a very pesky problem which had I taken to the dealer would have cost me a fortune to fix. Instead of throwing parts at the problem, Tim worked hard to properly diagnose the issue and then fix. I decided to also let them fix the brakes which were in terrible shape. I am very pleased with the service I received and I think the pricing was very fair. Its now been four months since my issue was fixed and everything is good.

Worked with Tim and his team to get an issue resolved with my car. They did an wonderful job. Then I had an issue with my other vehicle, so I took it and let them look at it. Tim does a great job, he does not have all the latest tools and computers but he does a good job. My only complaint was with the front office. I think it is his daughter who runs it and she is just rude. She does not want to talk to you and when you ask her direct questions she avoids talking to you. I had to physically go to their office to get an answer on the status of my car because she would not answer my questions over the phone.

Long story short: They promised the work would be done on Thursday, but didnt even look at it until Monday. They charged me fees that were never mentioned until I picked the car up. They lied about the problem and told me they couldnt show me what was wrong because they were afraid I would get a second opinion. Im not sure how they are still in business. Stay away!

Stopped in after some auto trouble and worked with Casey and Hannah who gave my car a quick check and some good info before resuming my driving trip. Very professional and although they werent able to do the work, they were extremely helpful to this motorist.

Highly recommend this place if you need work done to your car! This is the only auto place that hasnt over charged me for parts and problems that didnt need fixing just to make money.

Great guys who go above and beyond who look after you. They did excellent on my rust bucket with new brakes and more, felt like a new car. Definitely not scam artists smh
