Terrible service!!! Made an appointment for a 17 foot truck and Mary at the desk had reserved a van for us. We had to scramble at the last minute to get another rental truck last minute. Mary spent more time telling us about her children than worrying about getting our reservation right. Would not recommend if you nred a truck and have to rely on the company to get it right.
