The automated charge system gave us a bit of stress and wouldve downgraded the rating to a 3-4, but the manager, Mr. Coyle redeems the place twofold. He was very approachable and helpful when initially renting the unit and expeditiously solved the one issue that we had. I suggest going inside and talking to him if the kiosk is giving you trouble.

Noone is ever actually at the facility, you have to call someone to come and help. There is a kiosk to rent a unit. We rented a unit and the assigned space already had a lock on it. We called for days trying to get it resolved.

Supposes to be climate controlled. They controlled the temp. Think they are saving money by not running the air much.
