This company installed the HVAC and plumbing in my home during a complete renovation by the prior owner, who had bought the house to flip. I was the first owner within just a few months after their new installations were done. For the second floor HVAC unit, they ran the condensation pipe (which all furnaces have) across the ceiling of my dining room and vented it to the outside wall of the house, where the water would drip down the wall. This is against code. The furnace installation guide warns you NOT to do this. You are never to run a condensation pipe into unconditioned space. Freezing pipes cause serious property damage. The condensate is supposed to be piped into the plumbing drain. In January 2010, 2 days after closing as the temperature dropped below freezing, and before I moved in, there was a big leak in my new beautiful dining room. Onsite came out and corrected the installation (a $50 condensation pump kit was all that was needed to pipe the condensate into the plumbing drain), but they ignored my request to assume responsibility for the $1,600 in water damages to my dining room. I have photos of their damage and outside venting if anyone is interested. When I spoke to their office manager about it, she claimed that the remodelers ordered them to vent the pipe in that improper manner--an excuse that insults anyones intelligence. The remodelers confirmed they did no such thing (they were relying on the plumbers to do their job properly), and a plumber is not allowed to violate codes just because an ignorant home owner told him to do so. But anyone who knows anything about basic plumbing knows you dont vent a pipe with water in it to an outside hole, which will freeze and back up and cause the homeowner great expense. They also improperly hooked up the dishwasher, which they did come out to repair, but why do sloppy work to begin with? Now, 3 years into my "new" home, one of my sinks is leaking because the trap and underneath lines were not properly hooked up to the drain. I have done a lot of remodeling myself and have never had a sink start leaking within 3 years of installation. Its an easy fix, but another indication of sloppy initial work. After publishing this review, the same office manager wrote me and asked why I waited so long to report the problem. I reminded her of my 10 page letter with documentation, which she previously ignored. I never heard from her again. I was being generous in giving them 2 stars. They deserve only 1.

I had called them on a weekend to come fix my faucet that connects to my refrigerator. It was leaking into my basement and they sent someone out after I explained what was wrong and that they either needed to cap it off or replace the faucet all together. So the repair man comes out and charges the weekend fee but didnt have the proper equipment to fix it and said he would send someone out to replace it later that week. They sent someone back out 2 days later and he spent 15 minutes and charged me for the parts which were under $20 but charged me the full hour fee...I called to complain that the total time spent on fixing my leak was about 25 minutes total (including the weekend) and that they charged me for the weekend hour and the initial hour during the week and they should have either sent someone the first time to fix it or not charged another hour for work they didnt complete properly the first day. They were to call me back and let me know what they would do about it but needless to say they wont and I ended up spending around 250.00 for something that should have cost me a total of 120.00. I will never use or recommend them to anyone!

I had been using another company for at least 14 years for maintenance and using the same old thermostat for at least 40 years. Our house has always been dry even though we had a humidifier on the furnace. My son convinced me to try someone new that he knew because the old company charged me for a service call because it had been over 30 days and said it was a speck of dirt in it. This guy from On-site said it hadnt worked for some time. He cleaned the furnace and when he turned on the furnace there was no smell that we used to get every time we turned the heat on and it burnt our eyes. I think he cleaned it the best and made it like new. Also he wore shoe covers. Jenkins from Clarksville

Due to time constraints on a weekend, I hired the first plumber that arrived to fix our problem - after calling 3 w/n 15 minutes. This guy was very friendly and courteous, solved the problem but created new ones & overcharged for the equipment he installed. I called Onsite and set up an appt. They arrived 35 minutes before scheduled and corrected everything w/n 40 minutes that the previous guy had messed up. Weve dealt with Onsite for several years and always get top-notch service. Todays experience earned them another A+

We used Onsite for a renovation job in our home. It was a big job and took a lot time. There were some frustrating moments during the renovation but that is to expected. I have learned that communication is key to any successful renovation. Onsite was great to work with. Their line of work can be unpredictable given emergency situations that arise. Patience has to be practiced by all involved. Our experience with Onsite was very positive. I would use them again and have referred friends and family to them.

Scheduled a quote for 9:30am. Had to use 3 hours of vacation. I waited for someone to show up until 9:50. I called and was told it would be another 10-15 minutes. I cant wait this long and they are wasting my time. The best they could do was reschedule for 3:30 the same day. Sorry, I cant afford to to use that much vacation time in one day for a simple quote.

Worst workmanship ever. They dug up my yard for a job its for my neighbor without informing me. Then it took them a lot longer and they said it would. Has costed me about $500 to damage to my yard because Of their laziness. Horrible. Never use this company
