Communication is terrible. Told me that there was no chance Id need a new tank, but inspector forced it. I know thats not his fault but I was guaranteed it wouldnt happen several times before I pulled the permit. After dragging out doing my complete septic install for over a month, I was told they wouldnt do it, which didnt leave me enough time to get it done before cold weather, or without having to pay a high premium to get another company to do it.

I had a reverse osmosis water system installed. When the filter cartridges were put in he did not remove the plastic wrapping although the instructions say to do so (in plain sight). For 6 months my drinking water tasted like crap and I didnt know why until another plumbing service replaced the filters. A substandard job by a licensed plumber who obviously cant read.

He showed up within an hour of my call... helped me get water back to my home temporarily.. provided me with an estimate and scheduled the job at my requested date. He was courteous and left no mess behind and even explained everything to me... i thank him for his time and being so polite.... ill recommend Serenity Plumbing to all my friends and neighbors
