Jolly came out the other day to replace a water line in the front yard. Did a great job. Just one problem at the end. While digging up the old line they felt it was necessary to tear up the side walk. Then when the work was done and after charging me $2800 to do the job, the the guy just throws up his hands and says he is not responsible for fixing the sidewalk. I called Jolly and talked to a manager about it. I informed him that it is not fair to charge me $2800 for a water line replacement and then stiff me with another 2-300 dollars in damages to the sidewalk because the plumber was to lazy to dig out the dirt from underneath or use some burrowing equipment. But no, they are not responsible for the sidewalk? They dont have to pay for it, and didnt need to break it up, so why destroy it? The customer wont mind paying extra for there damages, or they can write it into the contract for the customer to pay for them to fix the sidewalk. Sorry Jolly, thats not how it works! You dont write a contract to screw your customers. I just asked you to replace the water line. Maybe you should train your guys on how to use a shovel and dig underneath a sidewalk. Time Warner came out yesterday to replace the cable line that Jolly severed. No charge for that, and they ran a whole new line under the driveway with NO DAMAGE to my driveway. That is how it is supposed to be done. Jolly needs to take lessons from the cable guy! After this, I can not give any stars, and will not be be calling them for another job. I cannot risk additional damage, and or unnecessary damage. That, I might have to pay out of pocket for. Youd think after 36 years of service, they would have a better way of doing things. Another crap policy of theres is that the site will not let me post without a star. I dont care about the star at the top as for as I am concerned it is not there. NO STARS FOR YOU!!!!!!

Just bought a house that had been empty for over a year. When turned on water had a water line broken from freezing during winter. Had LOTS of water in ceiling and in carpet on floor. Called Jolly and they was there within a few hours to locate and repair the water line. Than early evening another crew arrived and started drying out the wall & carpet for 4 days. Then another person arrived to repair the holes (2) in the wall made to locate the break. Cannot tell where the holes are presently. Overall, a very professional job done by all. They handled it all. If ever have another need I will definitely call, or recommend, Jolly Plumbing. Not cheap but good work done professionally.

Just moved into this house a couple years ago and I knew we would have issues with 60-year old plumbing. Ive used inexpensive plumbers before who said they would limit the work they could do. Then another plumber who left me a big clean up after installing a new shower. Jolly has been fabulous! Clean, polite, on time and the price is fair while the work was complete and done right. First fixed a leak in the new shower drain. Two weeks later, they came back and fixed my bathroom sinks that were clogging every few months, replacing a lot of drainage pipes on their last leg. And again, they clean up EVERYTHING.

We had a clogged main drain line that was sending sewage up our A/C drain and all over our basement floor, and we hadnt been able to use our water since the previous evening out of fear of making it worse. After Roto-Rooter told us the best they could do was try to squeeze us in the next day, we decided to call Jolly Plumbing instead. They had a very nice and professional plumber here the same day and cleared the clog within the hour for a fair price. Im glad I figured out who I ought to call the next time I have a plumbing issue!

My washers drain pipe clogged up. I could not free it. I called the company (not Jolly) that I contracted with a couple of years ago and made an appointment for a service call. They gave me a date and time. The morning of the appt. they left a message saying they were booked up and could not respond for a week of 10 days. With a tub full of water sitting in my washer, I called Jolly for an appt. They were here the next morning at 8AM, snaked the obstruction out, water gone from tub. Wife happy! Guess who my new plumber is.

had a after hours septic emergency on Saturday night; main line had clogged and backed up into the basement. called Jolly and they were there within 90 minutes. Follow up visit on Monday showed up on site within two hours of scheduling. $350 for an emergency snaking, and $325 for the follow up septic tank pump out. Professional and courteous throughout. Kept all the heavy equipment on the driveway, and all the dirty bits of tooling off the floor. Would recommend.

Had Jolly Plumbing come out for a new water heater and some plumbing work. I would have only given 4 stars since they arrived an hour late without a phone call letting me know they would be late but the work was done in reasonable time and the plumber that came out to do the instalation of the water heater and the plumbing repairs was great. The final cost was a bit pricey but all plumbing work is expensive these days. I am definitely in the wrong business, lol.

Jason and his team were first class. When our basement flooded I went around and received a lot of quotes for repairs but his the most fair and honest (Mitigation and re-build). His team was on time and did the job the right way. His staff was true professionals and let you know the progress (They even played with the dog). I would recommend Jolly to anyone and I will forever be a customer.

Technician was on time and very aware of my need to install a backflow valve. He listened to what I had to say and took into consideration the requirements of SD-1. I received the estimate in a timely fashion and have decided to hire Jolly Plumbing to do the work. If they follow through with completion of the work as they have with the quotation work I will be extremely satisfied.

I was very impressed with his knowledge, workmanship and friendliness. I have used other plumbing companies before, but I will now call Jolly whenever I need plumbing services again.
