I tried to "snake" My moms tub. Fail. Venhoff ran big motor driven snake through the basement access for about an hour pulling out all kinds of gunk. Reasonable price. Very efficient and good customer service. We Have used Venhoff on numerous times. I Recommend them to others.

Described problem on phone . Sent out repair man to repair "I thought" instead he confirmed the problem and charged 117.50 problem not fixed. Said they could come back and repair. What a rip off.
