My appointment was for a 8AM I called at 10:30 and asked if they were still coming and the woman I talked to said yes, they would be there at 1. I told her if they were not going to be able to make I wanted to know now so I could. Find someone else to fix our problem. I called at 2:30 because the plumber did not show up again at 1. I told the receptionist that I wanted to know for sure if they were going to come. She called me back again and said that they would not be able to come. I waisted an entire day, waiting for a plumber to show up. They didnt have time to come by my house, but they did have time to go to my neighbors house. We now have to wait another day, because by the time Schneiders finally told me they were not coming, it was too late to find someone else to come on the same day. I did however find another company that has guaranteed an exact time. I will never use this company again. They should have just been honest from the very beginning about not having time to fix my plumbing problem.

We have used Schneider Plumbing for years to winterize a seasonal cabin in the fall and turn the water back on in the spring. Until this year there have been no problems and we have been very satisfied with the service. This spring I called to have the water turned on and the receptionist said she would send a plumber the following week. Late the following week I received a call from Jeff. He informed me there had been a leak from the icemaker, the hardwood floors were buckled and I should probably call my insurance agent. How does this happen when the water was not on? The cabin had sustained thousands of dollars of damage. Floors, subfloors and joists were wet. Drywall had to be replaced. Then I received a bill from Schneider for turning the water on! I have repeatedly called and left messages for the owner so we could discuss this. Weeks have passed and no call. I have never written a business review before, but I was left with no choice. I am now looking for a new plumber.

Everything Schneider Plumbing, Heating and AC has done for us is working great. The last time we called them was for an emergency, our pump motor went bad. They came out at 5:30 in the evening to fix it. They did an excellent job as always. They are honest people that you can trust. You dont have to worry about who they send out, they are all trustworthy.

They get us scheduled in quickly when we call to set up an appointment, they are always right on time and they do a great job. Overall they do an excellent job. In my opinion their services and skills are right on it.

I like these guys because theyre always on time. I never have to sit around waiting, wondering of theyre actually going to show up. Its also nice that they give you an exact time, as opposed to just saying that theyll be there within 2 hour window. Theyve even been a few minutes early a couple of times.
