After over a year of being completely taken advantage of by other plumbers, a stranger referred my fiance to Cardinal after overhearing a discussion of our flooding and plumbing issues. We couldnt be more thankful. They able to properly diagnose our on-going issue and begin fixing it almost immediately. Beyond this, they walked us through the bad news of how terrible (were talking, out of code and lawyer-up kind of terrible) the work previously performed was and what steps we needed to take next. At every step of the way they were thorough, courteous and communicative. They also did it at a cost that frankly surprised me by how reasonable it was. Maybe I was just conditioned to being gouged by the previous plumbing company. I would trust Cardinal Plumbing to do the work of any of my friends and family and know that they are getting a fair assessment and not taken advantage of. Thank you Jason and Cardinal Plumbing for taking care of us.

A big thank you to Russ, Chris and Jackson for coming to my rescue! I received great service. Russ (the Owner) called me back quickly and got me scheduled quickly. He was great to work with. Chris and Jackson were not only very knowledgeable and courteous, but also gave me straight forward answers to my questions. I was treated very fairly and will definitely use them again. I called Russ day of an Emergency, ALL of my Sump Pumps went out. After talking to him for merely minutes on the phone, he had dispatched someone to my house and had the problem fixed within two hours! Amazing Service, will work with you to figure out the problem and find a solution. I highly recommend Cardinal Plumbing and will use them for any future work that I need done in the plumbing world!

Customer Service does exist! I had them come out for a leak in my kitchen sink & to install a water softener. Chris & John did an amazing job and made me feel knowledgeable & very happy with services provided. They were very strait forward with costs & even offered to come back to check system. Great local company that is hard to find. You just dont find service like this anymore. Very happy!

They were amazing, professional, & fast. They were courteous to my home by wearing booties and they even went as far as cleaning up everything when they were done. They were so nice & polite. They made sure to triple check it before they left to be sure nothing was leaking & everything was working how it should be. I highly recommend them!!!!!

Woke up this morning to our ceiling falling because water had pooled from our second story. My husband was able to reach Russ and he fit us in right away and made an assessment on the damage. Cardinal Plumbing is without a doubt the best value for plumbing services in the Indy area. Russ was on time, fully explained the repair and how to apply it to the other toilets to save me on repair/service costs and was very fair on pricing. Its good to know theres a dependable plumber in Indy.

Called these guys with a leak under my sink and Chris was out to my house within a couple hours. Very friendly, thorough, explained everything, and even cleaned up the area after they finished. I thought they were reasonably priced as well. Would use them again in a heart beat.
