Thompson Bros gave me the best estimate for a basement finish with kitchen and bath - more than 5 years ago. They did the rough in and have been patient and understanding through all the time it has taken me to finish. Jacob, Chad, Freddie and the office staff all communicate and respond in a timely fashion. Were coming down home stretch now and Im waiting for an appointment with Sheila to pick out the final fixtures. Im so glad they were recommended to me! I have already recommended them to several others.

Thompson Brothers Plumbing is the only plumbing contractor we will ever use again! I am so happy to have found them for our new additions. They were polite, courteous and clean. Installers were very professional and got the job done quickly. I absolutely love our two new bathrooms, our whole house water filtration system and our new water heater. These were the updates our old country home needed! No headaches from these guys! They took care to do the job right.

First, if you say you are going to be at my house at 8.. be there. At least call and say "I am running late." I ended up calling and telling them not come as it was 8:45 and I had an appointment at 10:30 which I knew I wouldnt make. Secondly, if you offer to do it without a permit when one is required by law...that should have told me not to go with these guys.

Will only use Thompson Bros. Plumbing from now on. They are honest and helpful . I had fell through the floor in our tub.. Major damage !! Had other companies give me estimates. This one was the most reasonable and the ONLY one who seemed to care. Cant thank them enough !!!!
