This business does not take professional commitment to its appointments seriously. I scheduled an appointment to have my heat pump and furnace serviced before winter. My appointment was on a Friday afternoon which was all they had available. My window was 2-4 p.m. Since I had no one else at home I had to take off half a day of work to be there. 4 oclock came and went. About 30 mins after the missed window I called in to confirm my appointment. I was told the tech was running late on another job (though they did not bother to call me to let me know). I asked how long it would take and they didnt know. They said they could send him out after that job, but it would probably be after dark, at least a couple hours. They didnt have another slot available until late the next week, so I reluctantly agreed. I was told "Go do whatever you had planned, the tech has your cell phone number and will call you when hes on the way." Guess what? No one showed, no one called. Come Monday they called me up and left me a message claiming the tech tried to contact me several times Friday night and was unsuccessful. I had no record of any phone calls even though I had been keeping my cell phone on me awaiting a call. Funny that the front office seemed to have no problem reaching the correct number on Monday morning. Do not trust your time to these people.

Im sure everyone knows the frustration and hassle that goes along with trying to find the right company when your A/C, Furnace, or Water Heater goes out. Over the last couple of years unfortunately Ive had a couple things that needed repair and/or replacement, and Absolute Comfort were very pleasant, accommodating, and outstanding to work with. They responded immediately to my call and understood my immediate need (both times), and altered their schedule and even had their service folks work overtime to make sure I was up and running. Also, their cost compared to other heating and cooling company was far better.....I always get a couple quotes to keep companies honest when it comes to repairs and/or replacements, but hands-down Absolute Comfort shined compared to the other quotes....the other werent even in the ballpark. Theyve definitely earned my trust and respect, and theyll be the only call I make in the future for my heating and cooling needs. Thanks again Absolute Comfort and Chris and Heather.

Absolute Comfort saved the day over my Thanks Giving weekend. We had family in from out of state and the the downstairs toilet over flowed. After trying to plunge it for several minutes it became clear that I needed the help of a professional. I called a friend I could trust who referred me to Absolute Comfort. The owner, himself, came out in the late evening over Thanksgiving weekend and tried to run the rotor through our drain. After successfully clearing our line it became clear that our main line was an old clay line and had collapsed under the roots from the tree above. We bid out replacing the line and after meeting with Chris, the owner, we decided to go with Absolute. Their price was reasonable for the amazing service that was provided. I am impressed with this company and have used them again for HVAC work and received the same quality service.

Absolute Comfort came to do a heating/cooling inspection on our home. I was very impressed with the new office staff and their attention to detail and professionalism. I was told when the Tech would arrive within a two hour window and even received a call before he came to my door. I have used other companies in the past but have never experienced a tech that was more knowledgeable and thorough. He truly wanted to meet our heating/cooling needs and wasnt trying to push a sell. The Absolute Comfort tech even noticed that my dryer vent was not working properly and fixed it for no additional charge. We will be looking at a Geothermal Heat Pump in the next several years and I will use Absolute Comfort because of their knowledge and wonderful customer service!!!!

A friend recommended Absolute Comfort when my air conditioner went out a couple of years ago. They have taken care of my air, furnace and plumbing needs. I have also referred them to my dad who now uses them as well. They are great to work with and arrive when they say they will. No waiting around for them to get here. They have also been out to my dads late at night because of a water leak under the house and were back bright and early the next morning. They understand your emergencies and dont act like you are "putting them out" by calling them at odd hours. All of the guys I have dealt with have been very nice and explain what the problems are and what the solution is. I wouldnt use anyone but Absolute Comfort.

We received a "high usage" notice from our water company today and found that the water was constantly running on our hot water heater. Weve never had to have any plumbing work done so we didnt even know where to look. We definitely wanted to use a local company with lots of experience though and I am very happy that we chose Absolute Comfort! Cory showed up right away and did a very thorough job! After his initial evaluation we thought we were looking at pretty extensive costly repair but, after some more thought and investigation Cory found that it was a much easier, less costly fix! Absolute Comfort is the best! I met Chris in my neighborhood while he was doing another job... he stopped by during a break and checked out a hose bib I needed replaced. He did the job a couple days later for less $$$ than 5 other estimates I received. I then called a few months later to have my sump pump re-plumbed and a back up system installed. Corey did the install-- excellent work, very prompt, friendly, good price. These guys are what contractors are supposed to be- reliable, customer focused, good prices, excellent work. You will be impressed too
