In store, Older white gentlemen with glasses is very helpful & has a wonderful attitude and disposition. Love him! I gave 2 stars just because of him. They deserve one star. They NEVER deliver certified packages to your door and are to lazy to knock on the door to properly deliver packages. Ive missed several packages because of the postal carrier not delivering packages. Ive addressed this in the post office & nothing has changed. Relieved a certified slip yesterday saying this was the 3rd attempt and my package would be returned to sender. Postal carrier hasnt knocked on my door one single time. Should be fired!

this post office never delivers my packages and says they did. I work from home and I am constantly home, and I KNOW they have not knocked on my door! Im very irritated because my postperson is LAZY! and a LIAR. they have not knocked on my door, and they only sometimes leave a pickup notice, saying attempted delivery and they have NOT even been to the door. I have two dogs and they bark if anyone knocks so I know I have not missed them. this is very bad for my business. and i do not appreciate their customer service or lack thereof!

This particular office is horrible at delivering mail to the correct address. I moved and had my mail forwarded to my new address. However, they continued to send mail to both the new and old address. In addition they provided my new address to the resident at the old address without my consent. They do not protect ones privacy nor deliver mail to the correct address.

Worse store ever ! I went there just to grab something that needed a signature and had to wait 30 minutes to get it. Plus if you need to drop off paid boxes after hours, you can`t. I miss you Carmel USPS !

Very Rude customer service, especially on phone. Will not say good bye; they just hang up on you. Expect you to know there hours and act like you are dumb if you dont. Very Bad.

They have always been polite and have always helped with long distance packages. Things usually get to me faster than the expected date, and usually arrive in good condition.

Everyone at this location is rude, unhelpful, and they all have bad attitudes. If you need to go to a post office to mail something, go to a different post office.
